This 2 BR/ 2 full Bath cottage has been completely refurbished - all new fixtures and appliances. Fabulous wood deck in the back faces a panoramic view of the lake .....a fire pit outside for cool nights....and a cozy wood burning fireplace inside for chilly nights!

I am an Interior Designer in Austin, TX and have been visiting family and friends in the Lake Whitney area for about 10 years.

Why pam barrett chose Lake Whitney

Having been a visitor to this area for so many years, I decided to buy a home here for myself and my children's families who visit from California and New Mexico with my two adorable grandchildren! The view from the back deck of the cottage is spectacular! It is situated at the end of a very quiet street with beautiful trees and sits on over a 1/2 acre lot which affords wonderful privacy.

Great Place to Relax!

We had a great time. Relaxed, enjoyed the wonderful view, fished a little, lots of open space to enjoy the great outdoors. The weather was perfect for mid-March! Great family time to recharge. The house was clean with great linens. Visited the nearby town of Clifton too.
