Welcome to our newly remodeled, fully furnished 1,000 square foot 2 bedroom townhome. This is a quiet community end unit near the pool and spa. There are Pergo flooring and tiling throughout unit. Queen sized beds, flatscreen TV/cable, internet/WIFI, washer/dryer, central air and heating, and all the modern comforts. There is a covered 2 car carport and a front and back patio for your relaxing enjoyment. No smoking in the house.

Within walking distance is the Rillito River Walk that has a beautiful 20+ mile bike path and the Children’s Memorial Park. Just minutes away are the Tucson Mall, Foothills Mall, La Encantada Mall, Tohono Chul Park, Downtown Tucson, the University of Arizona, I-10, golfing, hiking, shopping, and dining.
