We are from Coastal North Carolina and have been coming to this area for 20 years. We fell in love with the laid back lifestyle and the beautiful rural blue ridge mountains of Virginia. We have recently made this area our home.
We were riding around looking at the beautiful backroads of the area and came across a for sale sign, pulled in and fell immediately in love with this property.
The picture of the outside of the house does not do it justice. You need to experience the setting of the cabin, the landscaping, the sound of the water going over the rocks in the creek, the peacefulness.
Located just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, enjoy breakfast at Mabry Mill, wine tasting and tours at Chateau Morrisette, Villa Appalachia, and Foggy Ridge or visit the many antique shops or golf courses in the area. You can also access the creek for kayaking and tubing.
