We have just purchased this condo in lovely Chandler, AZ. We chose this property because it offers the best location and amenities. Close to the main highways, terrific shopping and fantastic golf courses. Quiet and private if you want or socialize around the clubhouse.

What makes this condo unique

Our 3 bedroom unit is a close walk to the front pool and clubhouse/gym. There is another pool towards the back of the complex which is the heated pool for this year. We chose the 2nd floor because we don't like any noise above us. The beds all have pillowtop mattresses and are super comfy. We have put in WiFi, Netflix, a Cappuccino machine, Blue Ray SMART DVD system, fullly loaded kitchen with ice maker and .....much more.

Perfect Vacation Condo!

Jan's condo was the perfect winter get-a-way for our family gathering from MT and MA. We stayed for a month and found everything to be exactly as advertised. The condo was clean and well appointed, as were the grounds, pool area and fitness room. The fully equipped kitchen and poolside gas grills are handy for those wishing to cook for themselves. Even though the complex is surrounded by city, the condo grounds create an oasis with beautiful landscaping, minimal noise, and surrounded by a security fence that requires key entry. The condo neighbors were a friendly bunch. Great Shopping, restaurants, hiking, biking and more within minutes of the condo. We're looking forward to another stay next year!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Warm reception with some food and wine in the fridge which was great after a late night flight . Very gracious hosts and perfect location. Very clean, the kids each had their own rooms, Netflix was entertaining. Excellent workout facility and the pool was awesome. All amenities you could imagine. We will definitely be back next year!

My husband and I just enjoyed a wonderful six week vacation here. The condo is above and beyond what you would expect from a rental property. The owner has decorated the condo with warm inviting colors and you feel at home the minute you open the door. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, like us, South Mountain and the fabulous Superstition Mountains are close by with lots of hiking trails. We loved our day trip to Sedona to marvel at the Red Rocks. You are also close to the Mesa Marketplace if looking for a flea market bargain like jewelry. After all these adventures what we enjoyed most was putting on our swimsuits and relaxing by the refreshing pool. We are looking forward to our return trip next year.
