Windover at Great Pond is a beautiful lakefront community that is perfectly situated on Great Pond. Residents have access to a waterfront clubhouse, and 3 dock systems. You can sit back and enjoy the scenic views over the lake and the peaceful country atmosphere.
This home has a custom kitchen which opens to the living and dining areas. Enjoy a fully applianced, modern kitchen with everything you need to prepare great meals. We'll even leave a couple of Maine lobsters in the frig for you! The dining area has a large table with plenty of seating. The living room boasts a gas fireplace and comfortable leather couch which converts to a double bed. The master bedroom is on the main level and overlooks the back of the property. There are two large bedrooms and a full bath upstairs as well as a loft area. There is a full bath as well as laundry facilities on the main level. The rear of the home has a large screened-in porch and an open deck.
The large, level lawn has a fire pit in the rear...what a great place to spend your evenings. Imagine sitting around a campfire, roasting marshmallows and making great family memories.
Take a quick two minute walk and you will find yourself at the water's edge...beautiful, pristine Great Pond which is over 8,500 acres!
There are 3 docks, with one exclusively for your swimming enjoyment. You have use of a canoe and paddles or rent a boat and really explore the lake. You can spend your whole vacation on the lake and never be bored! And did we mention the superb fishing on Great Pond? Belgrade Village is only a mile away. It's an easy walk to the village. Have dinner at the famous Village Inn or shop one of the many shops including some of the finest antique shops around.
From your doorstep you'll discover miles of walking trails where you'll be able to enjoy Maine's wildlife at it's best.
