2 Bedroom With Great Outdoor Entertaining Area. 2 week minimum stay.

Our Phinney Avenue property is your home in Seattle.

2 bedrooms available with one set-up as a home office and reading room. Modern furnishings with hardwood and tile floors make sure you enjoy your stay in style. Flatscreen HDTV, Wifi, leather furnishings, fully stocked library, washer and dryer, and an outdoor entertaining space you will want to live in when the weather is right.

Master bedroom includes a giant closet with built in drawers.

Full bath with tub and shower.

Barbeque and outdoor furnishings, including outdoor gas heat and entertainment lighting.

This property is down the block from a selection of eating and drinking establishments, but far enough away you can't hear the traffic. Within 15 minutes of all of Seattle's major neighborhoods and walking distance from Carkeek Park and the waterfront.

About Matthew

Matthew and Wendy are lifelong Seattle residents. We met years ago while working together at the Space Needle. A place you shouldn't miss, and we are glad we didn't! We are opening our house up to you while we attend graduate school, and hope you enjoy living in Seattle as much as we do. Winter in Seattle isn't as bad as we say it is, and Summer is better than anyone ever gives it credit for. Don't miss our favorite birdwatching spot just down the hill at Carkeek Park-a hidden gem of the city.

Why Matthew chose Edmonds

We chose this house almost ten years ago because it was so close to everything we liked about our city. Parks, restaurants, and grocery stores. (You will be amazed by how many grocery stores we have.) A backyard gives us a place to relax away from the hustle of the city, and the location gives us easy access to all the routes into the city from the north.

This property provides us with everything we want: close to the city with a taste of the suburbs.

What makes this house unique

In the Northwest the Spring, Summer, and Fall are great times to enjoy the sun while it is out. We knew this was the right place for us when we saw the private entertaining area in the back. Whether entertaining friends or playing with the dog, this place was for us.

Wonderful place to stay, with helpful management

My husband and I needed a place to stay while settling into Seattle. This was just what we were hoping for. Finding a owner willing to let us have our pets stay in the house was hard, but they were great about welcoming our whole family into their house.

The dishwasher had a problem while we were there, and once we called to report it they had their maintenance guy put a new one in the next day. What a response!

We have found our permanent home in Seattle now, but this house was a great welcome to the city. We only wish we could have stayed in the Summer to take advantage of the great outdoor space. Who knows, this might be a place we have our parents stay when they come to visit us?
