This beautifully decorated home is located in the Village of Mallory Square, minutes to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square by golf cart and within walking distance to Mallory Square Pool. This location is amazing...about a mile to Lake Sumter Landing where you'll find many restaurants, shopping, grocery store, movie theater and FREE live entertainment nightly. You're less than a mile away from the Coconut Cove Village Recreation Center where you'll find a swimming pool, billiards room, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, card rooms, tennis courts, pickleball courts and so much more!

You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home is beautifully decorated with soft, warm colors and has an open airy feeling with the vaulted ceilings and open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve meals (if you choose to cook). The living room offers plenty of comfortable seats if you're entertaining and a TV for your enjoyment. This home also has a premium sports package for your sports fans to enjoy. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, large walk in closet, TV and a private master bath. The master bath has a walk in shower and comes with towels and linens. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and also has a TV for your guests enjoyment. The lanai is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities. It's also a great place to sit and relax with friends before heading off to the nightly entertainment.

This home comes complete and includes WiFi internet connection and two Village resident ID cards (for monthly or longer rentals). With the Village resident ID card you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

Reservation deposit is due within 7 days of booking. Amount varies depending upon the length of stay. Reservation deposit will be applied to the rent.

Balance of rent, cleaning fee and security deposit are due within 30 days of the check in date.

Security fee is refundable within 10 days of the checkout date after a walk thru and inventory check.
Fees And Taxes Cleaning fee of $85 will be added to all reservations
