The Apartment Almendra is situated in a little street in the village of Can Picafort and only 300 metres away from one of the longest beaches of Majorca, the Playa de Muro. It is within walking distance from the promenade, most supermarkets and other shopping facilities and the harbour. The comfortable apartmentt has three bedrooms of which two have full-size beds and one two single beds, as well as two bathrooms. The kitchen is modern and fully equiped. The bright and pleasant living room includes a nice dining area and the exit to the bigger of two terraces. Here you'll find a shady area thanks to a marquee that covers the terrace. Can Picafort in the north east part of Majorca has grown from a little fishers village into a well known sea spa. You’ll find one of Majorca’s longest beaches and promenades with lots of bars and restaurants. Along the beach of the Playa de Muro you can walk up to Alcudia. The old part of the village you’ll find around the little harbour. Can Picafort is situated approx. 60 km away from Palma. The village is surrounded by pine woods and therefore ideal for people who love to be close to nature parts of the island. Most parts of Playa de muro with its dunes are nature protected and the Albufera, a paradise for birds is not far away. There are lots of possibilities for sports on the 10km long beach as well as every kind of water sports and also horse riding along the sea.

Nice Time in Mallorca

We had a good stay at the apartment Which is close to the beach and to the supermarket, but still in quiet aria. This stay gave good value to our spending due to a fair price and wery good supermarket around fore self catering. The resturants in Can picafort isnt good enugh but, so if you want qualety meals you better cook your self and this apartment has all you need fore cooking a good meal.

Hellauf begeistert waren wir von unserem gelungenen Urlaub in Can Picafort – auch und gerade wegen unserer schönen Unterkunft, dem Apartment Almendra. Also der Ort ist wirklich einer unserer Lieblingsstrände der Insel – flaches Wasser, ewig lange Spaziergänge am Strand bis nach Alcudia! Dazu viele schöne Kneipen und Restaurants. Das Apartment liegt schön ruhig und doch nicht zu weit weg von Zentrum. Es war sehr ordentlich und sauber und wir haben uns hier sofort wohl gefühlt. Man kann wunderschön auf der Terrasse frühstücken und abends einen Wein trinken. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und bequem. Bad und Küche sehr gut. Leider können wir dieses Jahr nicht kommen, aber nächstes Jahr sind wir wieder in Can Picafort.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub auf Mallorca.

Die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles war in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen.
Auch als der Wasserboiler seinen Dienst versagte, wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit ein neuer installiert.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und alles (Strand, Flaniermeile und Supermarkt) ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Als einzigen Makel möchte ich hier die relativ stark befahrene Straße anmerken. Besonders wochentags früh ist an eine Nutzung der schönen großen Terrasse nicht zu denken.
Dies tat aber unserem schönen Urlaub keinen Abruch.
Zusammenfassend ist das Appartment sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Appartment war in einem sehr sauberem Zustand, die Lage ist auch optimal.Sehr schön sind auch die beiden Terrassen.
Leider ist das Appartment zugestellt mit div. Kleinmöbeln und Dekos.
Der Backofen funktionierte nicht und die Waschmaschine tat es auch im Schleudergang nicht mehr.

Ansonsten war es ein gelungener Urlaub.
Owner's Response: Liebe Gäste, wir haben rund um die Uhr ein Serviceteam vor Ort, welches für Ihre Anliegen zur Verfügung steht – dies wurde leider nicht kontaktiert. Sowohl der Backofen als auch die nagelneue (!) Waschmaschine funktionierten bei Prüfung einwandfrei. Wir würden uns freuen wenn Sie uns bei Problemen direkt benachrichtigen, damit wir diese vor Ort noch lösen und eventuelle Bedienungsfehler so hätten ausschließen können.

Schöne gepflegte Wohnung in spanischem Stil. Gute Lage, zu Fuß kann man alles gut erreichen. Reibungsloser Ablauf und sehr nette Vermieter. Kleiner schöner Innenhof. Hat uns gut gefallen.
