The Windsor Hills Resort facilities are available free of charge (unless stated otherwise) to our guests.

The Windsor Hills community pool is a large, beach style pool with all the “extras” you expect in a five-star vacation resort. Dancing waters are a favorite for the smaller children, while the huge twisting water slide provides a thrill for older children (as well as those who never want to grow up). Behind the pool area, you will discover the hot tub lagoon spa secluded by lush landscaping.

Adjacent to the pool is the Clubhouse which is at the heart of Windsor Hills. It contains the Welcome Centre, Sundry Shop, Games Room, Movie Theatre and Fitness Centre.

The movie theater is located just inside the clubhouse. Movies are played (free) through out the day. Guests can view a current list of over 600 movies and make requests at the Welcome Center.

The sundry shop carries a wide range of products and aims to fill the immediate needs of guests and residents. The sundry store offers freshly cooked hot meals and snacks plus a great selection of draft beers and wines. Food packs can be ordered in advance ready for your arrival.

The guest relations team will assist you with any queries you may have about the resort, and information about the hundreds of attractions and services available in the Orlando area. They can arrange for discount tickets for the theme parks, golf, car rental, cycle & grill rental or virtually any other item to add to the enjoyment of staying at Windsor Hills.

The Windsor Hills Clubhouse games room includes coin operated pool tables, several video games for the kids (selection changes frequently), and a WII system for use in the game room (hourly rental).

The Windsor Hills Castle Playground is a unique, castle themed playground that has something for everyone! Complete with tunnels, slides, and multi-levels for climbing and exploring, there are swings, ride-on toys, a dragon sand area and giant chess game.

In addition, there are several smaller playground areas throughout the community. These are perfect for toddlers - with a small slide and climbing area surrounded by beautiful landscape and benches for mom and dad!

Guests will find basketball courts, a sand volleyball court, tennis courts and even a putting green! Sports equipment may be borrowed from the Welcome Center (refundable deposit required).

The Clubhouse also has an ATM, a DVD rental kiosk and internet café/business centre.

Windsor Hills offers a state of the art fitness center (over 18s only) with a variety of weight training and cardiovascular equipment.

A shuttle bus runs to both the parks and shopping malls – full details are available from the Guest Relations department, a small charge is applicable.
