BEACH PALMS is located on the Gulf of Mexico in Indian Shores about 15 minutes south of Clearwater Beach. The condo decor exudes a warm beachy feel, cozy, yet spacious.
Beach Palms has a lovely white sand beach, a tropical pool area and your own reserved covered parking spot steps away from the main entrance. This Beachfront property has a great view of the gulf and the beach from the master bedroom and a tropical view from the balcony. You can fall asleep to the sound of waves from your master bedroom.
New tiles throughout the condo installed with Granite Kitchen and Bathroom counter tops installed in November'14. Master bedroom has a King and 2nd bedroom has 2 Twins. There is also a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The Spacious living room/kitchen/dining area is open concept. The kitchen is ready for any creation and there is also a full size washer and dryer in the condo.
For your entertainment, there are 3 Flat panel TV's & TV/DVD Player in the master bedroom, 2nd bedroom & Living room or enjoy a board game, cards or a good book from our collection.

Leave the beach toys at home, there is a closet that contains beach toys, chairs and beach umbrellas. Everything is here to make your beach vacation as comfortable as possible, including towels and linens.
While lounging by the heated pool, soak up YOUR share of that Florida sunshine with the sounds and sights of the gulf nearby.
Large cushioned lounge chairs and umbrellas are available to rent on the beach.
Enjoy delicious meals at local favorites such as Salt Rock Grill, Guppy's & The Pub. Shoppers can find their treasures at Tyrone Mall, Ellenton Outlet Mall, Marshall's, Ross, Beals.
Just a few blocks away, is a wonderful park for the kids to play.

We have a gulf view unit to catch the wonderful views of the beach, pool & palm trees. We love the convenience and beauty of being just steps away from the beach, especially with a family.
We've rented this condo for 2 years in a row during Feb.and just love it. The condo is comfortable and the location is wonderful. The view of the gulf from the balcony is lovely, from the master bedroom even bettter. The sunsets are stunning. Enjoy a quiet, natural setting with a long stretch of white sandy beach right out your door;relax by the heated pool and leave the winter behind!

I rented this condo for an annual "girls only" trip. Four of us leave our husbands, children and grandchildren at home and have a fun filled week at the beach. We found this condo exactly as listed, clean and was furnished with everything we needed for our week stay. The covered parking is also a really nice feature. The pool area was very well kept and has plenty of lounge chairs and 3 grills for tenants to use. Communicating with the owners was a breeze! They were really nice and very helpful with any questions we had. They also provided us with tons of information about the area and even sent us a map of were to find grocery stores, restuarants and the condo complex. The beach area is beautiful and has easy access from the condo and pool.
This place is truly fantastic! The owners were great from start to finish. We did not need the full week and when we inquired about a shorter stay, they were very prompt in answering. They emailed us a "package" with area attractions and things to do and a "package" with step by step directions on their rental features. Even a map and listings of grocery stores and other shopping areas.
They could not have made it any easier. We received texts and calls to make sure that we had all the information that we needed and just to make sure we were having a great time.
The condo was also wonderful! It was clean and tidy. The owners thought of everything: dishes, pots, pans, extra towels, extra blanket. And the "beach" closet was very handy. It is full of beach chairs, beach mats, cooler, beach bags, pool inflatable toys, sand playing toys, balls, bags to collect shells in. That closet had everything you could possibly need for the beach and pool.
We would definitely rent this condo again. And the view of the ocean and the beach from the condo balcony is amazing!
Very comfortable accommodations. Condo looks just like the pictures Nothing like waking up to the site of the Gulf of Mexico outside your bedroom window! Grounds including pool well maintained. There are both gas and charcoal grills available. This beach is great for those who prefer to be around families. The best combination of quiet beach with nearby activities I've found so far. Owner very welcoming, personal and accessible. Everyone I met were very nice at the condo, beach and pool. Great new restaurant called Cafe de Marco serving breakfast and lunch just a few blocks south. Also love to go to John's Pass. Lots of shops, restaurants, and ice cream right on the water!
Unit was a great value for Spring Break week. Very clean and a great owner. Tended to our needs. Loved the area. What a refreshing break to not see signs and retail chains all over. Little traffic and relaxing. Nice to see all of the family-owned restaurants.
