Lovely spacious penthouse with lake Las Vegas views

3,000 square foot townhouse offers 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms with a three-way fireplace connecting the open floor plan Living Room, Kitchen and Dining Area with breathtaking views of Lake Las Vegas and surrounding mountains. Plasma TV and wet bar with wine refrigerator/cooler in living area. TVs in all bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and Breakfast Bar with 4 bar stools. Dining table seats 8. Large wrap around balcony provides dining table for 6, 3 lounge chairs, and electric BBQ. Cable TV and wireless network available. Two pools and a Jacuzzi located in the complex. The local Aston Montelago Village Resort offers shopping, fine dining, Casino Montelago, and lake access/activities and is within walking distance (1 mile). About Anne Wilson

I fell in love with this property before the building was completed after having only seen the model home. The building and purchase was complete in 2004. I visit often and always enjoy a quiet elegance with excitement not far away. My home away from home.

This vacation home is perfect for quiet get-aways or trips with friends or family accommodating up to 4 couples easily. There are many kinds of entertainment nearby. Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, and Valley of Fire State Park offer recreation for sporting or touring. A trip to the Strip is a mere 15 miles away. The local Montelago Village has some great restaurants, shopping, access to Lake Las Vegas and a casino. Two local hotels provide spa services and additional restaurants, lounges, & pools.

What makes this villa unique

The open floor plan with surrounding floor to ceiling windows offer constant breathtaking views of Lake Las Vegas and easy access to the large balcony from three separate sliding glass doors create an easy social flow for entertaining or just quiet enjoyment. Two community pools and jacuzzi are a short stroll down the street. Each bedroom has its own bath, walk-in closet, and TV for privacy.

We stayed at the Tramonto penthouse for 4 nights. We had such a wonderful time and the penthouse was perfect! It is well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked completely with all the necessary equipment that you could possibly need. The view from the balcony is beautiful made even better by the fact that the neighborhood is so quiet! The bedrooms were spacious and the baths were very clean and nice. There were 8 of us who stayed there but you never felt liked you were crammed together because the penthouse is so spacious. If you are at all going to the Las Vegas area and want a nice...no wonderful.....place to stay then this is the place for you!

What an AMAZING place!

My hat is off to our hostess who went above and beyond ANYTHING I have encountered on VRBO in the past. For our stay with our twin 2 year olds (as well as another couple and their twin 2 year olds) this place held ALL comfortably. What a gem of a penthouse. The views are breathtaking, the morning walks throughout Lake Las Vegas was sheer beauty, and the peace and quiet was a welcome change. The owner was with us every step of the way, helping us to find toddler supplies and cribs, and was so helpful to get it all delivered and setup before we even got there. No doubt, we'll be back. The quickly became one of my all time favorite vacation spots, thanks to our hostess and her beautiful property. THIS WAS AMAZING WITH A CAPITAL "A".

I love the patios, each one has a view, the front is a lake view, & hotel down below. I love the privacy & feeling wrapped up in pure luxury. This penthouse has every amenity, would love to come again
