Ideal home for entertaining friends and family. Massive fenced backyard with deck, hot tub, children's play center and fire pit.
It is near two sunny public beaches, a first class resort and marina, a beach-side city park, tubbs hill (cliff jumping, secluded beaches, and great scenic hiking), lake cruises, fernan lake (3 min away) and is surrounded by fantastic coffee shops, restaurants and bars.
There are many golf courses in the area: the highlands, avondale, circling raven, the club at black rock, gozzer ranch and the coeur d’alene resort.
There are three water parks and one large theme & water park, silver wood close by. If you like roller coasters silver woods is the place. They even have two massive wooden coasters!

Car d'lane (the weekend for classic car lovers), iron man and holiday light show (more than 1.5 million lights sparkle across lake coeur d'alene as the holiday light show, the largest on-the-water resort holiday light show in America, comes to life each evening during the holiday season) are three major events in coeur d'alene.
Sixty lakes within sixty miles. A boaters paradise.
The coeur d’alene casino resort and northern quest casino are within 30-45 minutes away.
And finally what most come for in the summer is lake coeur d'alene. Two hundred and fifty miles of shoreline, different scenery at every cove, crystal clean water, national geographic's top ten lakes.
Hi we are the Wagner family. We live in Alberta and come to Coeur d'Alene with our family and friends to enjoy the water, Tubbs Hill, Silverwoods, downtown and shopping.
Rick Wagner purchased this house in 2012
We have been coming to Coeur D'Alene Idaho for close to 25 years. Everytime we arrive we feel like we are coming home. We chose this house because of it's location (it is only minutes from downtown and Coeur D'Alene Resort), Tubbs hill, , it sleeps up to 10 people comfortably and offers something for everyone.
Gorgeous mountain view, remodeled daylight rancher with over 3100 SF, 5 Bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, open floor plan, gourmet kitchen with granite counters, central air-conditioning, completely finished daylight lower level with huge entertainment room! Ideal home for entertaining friends and family. Inviting backyard, huge deck, hot tub, outdoor play centre, boat parking, pet friendly, quiet cul de sac location and more!
This was our second time using Coeur d'Alene as a centralized family Thanksgiving gathering place. This house provided the perfect blend of together time and, thanks so the spacious basement area, some "not quite as together time." Great for keeping family time sane.
Owners were a breeze to deal with, even sending ahead a handy tip sheet for making the most use of the place. A huge bonus is that it was pet-friendly with a reasonable pet fee. If we head back to Coeur d'Alene for another family trip, I'd definitely consider this house again.
Spaciousness was certainly available at this location! Communication was good from the owner so questions were answered. The house provided all our needs throughout our stay. The play structure was great for the young children. The information given on the VRBO website is what we experienced. We hope other stays at VRBOs will be like this. Thank you!
Kitchen fully equipped, bathrooms & bedrooms linens ready for use, clear communication with owner - all helpful to get started. Lovely neighborhood. Game room downstairs perfect for our family (kids 15-22 yrs) with foosball table, ping pong table, great stash of dvds, and audio/video set up.
When we had trouble with heating system the owner was very responsive by phone, and the neighborhood HOA president was at our door very soon & implementing solutions to the problem. Kind & helpful people.
Fenced in back yard great for letting our small dog out as needed.
Great location to general area - easy to get to roads in all directions.
This was our first experience with VRBO, so while I can't compare it to other stays, I can fully recommend this lovely home to others.
This was a charming up to date house! We enjoyed our stay immensely. The homeowners were very helpful with everything from recommeding restauarants, grocery stores to sightseeing activities for our family!
This was a great home for our social family and baby. It is a bungalow style so it very comfortable for visiting and entertaining as well as allowing our baby to safely roam around. It was clean, comfy new beds and nice back yard. Also great entertainment area downstairs with ping ping table and big screen. The neighborhood was beautiful as well. Owner was a pleasure to deal with as well. Only thing that would make it perfect would be to be located on the lake so we don't have to drive to beach.
Enjoyed our stay!
This was a very spacious house for six adults and two children - we all had plenty of room. It was well maintained and super clean. The two large couches (one upstairs and another down) were great for hanging out together. We all enjoyed the ping pong and foosball - even the little ones! The kids also had a good time with the swing set and at the Fire Station park that is about a mile from the house. The fenced yard was a real plus for us. With prior approval, we were able to have our dog along - great not to have her in a kennel. The owner was helpful and responded promptly to my inquiries both before and after booking.
If you like fresh donuts, there is a little shop about four blocks from the house that makes them each day - opens at 5 am!! On Sunday, went to the public beach in town and discovered a free concert in the adjacent park - great fun and good music. The middle generation in our group got some good exercise on the bike trails that abound in the area. Lots to do in CDA for all ages.
