2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms(sleeps 4) one story house

Welcome to our little slice of heaven. Our vacation home is on a hill above the golf course and backs up to an avocado grove. This home was newly painted and furnished in 2009. Enjoy the view of our third acre and the hills beyond from our sun room.

Lake San Marcos is a small planned community with a resort developed within the town of San Marcos. The lake area has a marina, tennis, paddle ball, swimming pool, 2 golf courses and a fitness area.

The town of San Marcos has a wide array of movies and restaurants.
About Bill and Martha Beals

We are semi-retired and living in our primary residence in Colorado. We have two married children and three grandchildren, all living in California.

Why Bill and Martha Beals chose San Marcos

We bought this home with the idea of retiring here. It is a quiet community. The homes in the area are well maintained and beautifully landscaped. The climate is divine. The flowers and trees bloom and bear fruit year round. All the activities we like to do are all nearby.

What makes this house unique

We especially like how quiet the location is. We have no neighbors directly behind us, giving a sense of privacy.

If you love golf like we do, and if you own a golf cart(still working on this), you may drive it from the house to the pro shop a couple of minutes away. We are that close!
