We are the proud new owners of this wonderful luxury villa which is only 15 minutes from Disney!

This property has an abundance of space & light for you to enjoy within the peaceful conservation setting of water song. It can comfortably sleep 12 people and there is a sofa bed to accommodate 2 more people making this house a perfect choice for 2 or 3 families to share together.

The villa has flat screen televisions in every room including all bedrooms! Giving you the ability to watch cable tv even in the games room/garage!

My family (3 children aged 5, 7 & 9), partner and mother stayed at Tilys for our 16-day Orlando vacation. It was a great base for the Disney and Universal parks, a 25-40 minute drive, depending on the park and the traffic. A quiet and peaceful location overlooking a lake. We had visiting cranes on several days - who walked up to the screen and had a good look at us - the kids loved this. They also enjoyed the games room, TVs in every bedroom, the DVDs on offer and of course the pool. We found the house spacious and comfortable with a nice layout. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
