Beautiful, even in the winter.
Clean air, clear lake, wildlife.
Very convenient location, close to town.
This is a private lake, sometimes you feel like you have the whole lake to yourself.
What a beautiful lake home to share a family vacation. We found the home clean, well maintained and spacious. The lake front is great for fishing, boating and swimming. We like the quiet no wake setting and love canoing and kayaking. Even caught some fish for a meal. Definitely would recommend it as a top choice for a vacation setting.
We rented this beautiful home for a week of relaxation with our two daughters, their husbands and four grandkids. The configuration of the home was wonderful, with plenty of room and a nicely equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and well kept. The lake is clear and swimming was wonderful but we didn't have much luck pulling in the big fish! Kids caught enough to keep them fishing though. Various boats and kayaks were well used. Super convenient being so close to town, but you can hear traffic at night. One other comment - its a steep slope to the lake (with new, sturdy stairs) but anyone with mobility issues might have a problem getting up and down. The positives far outweight any negatives. Highly recommend this place - thanks to the owners for your easy-going attitude, providing everything we asked for and your hospitality!!
Excellent place to stay and highly recommended! The owner is fantastic and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is welcoming. The house is very clean and we had plenty of space for 8 people. There are multiple rooms to fit our growing family's needs. The lake was very peaceful and often we were the only ones enjoying the lake. The kids caught their first fish off of the 2 docks. They also used nets to catch fish that would swim right up to their feet. The lake was awesome and clean. Amenities are close such restaurants, grocery stores, and retail stores. Highly recommend the Mexican restaurant. We are so thankful for the opportunity to spend family time at this beautiful lake front home.
