Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 4)

The unit is located in the beautiful community of Punta Gorda Isles. It is a 2 bedroom condominium on the first floor of a two floor building with walk-out to canal or community pool from the unit’s lanai. The condominium is a spacious 1250 square feet and the layout is perfect with the master bedroom, living room and the roomy lanai. The unit is in a super quiet setting.

The condominium is approximately one to two miles from major supermarkets, drug stores, restaurants, and other shopping stores. The local attraction, Fishermans Village is about one mile away. It offers great shopping, restaurants, charter fishing and boat rentals. It is a wonderful place to bike. Bike rentals are available in the downtown area.

References are a must. A deposit will be required. A minimum of one month rental required.

This unit is part of the Venition Isles community. A friendly group of owners and seasonal renters who return year after year. It offers swimming, tennis and weekly community gatherings.

What makes this condo unique

We love watching the jumping fish and the short walk to the pool and tennis court. Most of all we enjoy the folks who live in the community. They are friendly and so helpful to one and other.

All of this is less than two miles from this condo.
