Just a short walk from the public beach, tennis/basket ball, and down-town Venice. The unit is located on a beautiful lot with nice garden and patio for reading or grilling. The apartment has everything you need from a large bedroom with king size bed, very nicely furnished and large living room, terrazzo floor, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry room, and your own private parking lot. The pull-out couch allows for additional two guests. Very quiet and absolute top location.
The in-law studio is very cute and suitable for one or may-be two persons. It is also fully furnished, and has an additional sitting area looking out to the beautiful garden. The studio was also just totally refurbished and looks very beautiful. Both, the one-bedroom and in-law studio are equipped with new flat TV's and WIFI.
My wife and I are retired anthropologists and economists from Concord MA. We love everything about Venice Island; its down-town charm, the beautiful beach, and many activities such as art and sports in and around Venice.
This is a great spot on Venice Island, very quiet and safe. The unit is generous in size, sunny, and nestled in a beautiful garden. Also, the apartment has been kept very clean and updated.
Four minute walk to Venice Beach; just two minutes from public tennis courts, and down-town area with great shops and restaurants. It is simply a top location.
