2 bedroom cottage to sleep up to five people not far from the railway station

3 and 4 day short breaks can be taken out of season and these cost 75%/85% of the weekly rate.

This really is a very cute centrally located two bedroom period terraced cottage to sleep up to five people(all prices quoted are for up to four people). It has its own car parking space(not really suitable for large cars) and a nice outside patio space with table and chairs.

Inside, as the owners are artists, the furnishings and decorations generally are of a very high standard throughout. Upstairs there are two bedrooms(one is a double and the other is a twin) and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a double sitting room/dining area and this room is adjacent to the fully fitted kitchen which is also in two parts(first the kitchen proper and then a very nice light and bright second dining area).

The main and very important feature of this property is its convenient location in the centre of Brighton, yet it is in a quiet tucked away little street. Located about half way between the railway station(regular trains to London and all points East and West) and the City Centre.

There are many attractions in the area around Brighton - The South Downs with its many quaint little downland villages - Seaford with its lovely street of beach and Seaford Head - Eastbourne a typical Victorian seaside resort - The ancient and historic town of Lewes(the County town of East Sussex) - Arundel(with its famous Castle) and the City of Chichester(the county town of West Sussex). The Brighton Pier, The Lanes and The Royal Pavilion are all essential places to visit in Brighton.

Other places of interest would be Pevensey, Bexhill and Hastings to the East, Ashdown Forest to the North and the lovely undulating countryside and villages of West Sussex to the West of Brighton & Hove.
