House, 3 Bedrooms + Office, 3 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

Charming 3 Bedroom Home nestled in the trees in a private setting and only 3 miles from Downtown Austin.

Amazing outdoor entertaining area with a pool and hot tub. Long decks and big patios offer plenty of shade and space to enjoy the beautiful setting. A fireplace, oversized chairs, and TV make this a great place to relax.

Inside is a cozy yet spacious living space with rustic charm. Kitchen, Living and Dining Space, as well as a full bath and a separate study (which could be used as a bedroom with an air mattress) are downstairs. Upstairs is a Master Bedroom with a King size bed. Guest bedroom #2 has a double bed, and Guest bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds. The guest bedrooms share a full bathroom upstairs.

This is an amazing location - surrounded by trees in a private setting, yet only 3 miles to downtown Austin, including the State Capitol, restaurants and entertainment on 6th Street, and the UT campus. Approximately 20 miles to the Formula One Circuit of Americas Racetrack.
