Not what it seems.
hey there,
I checked into this house on April 9, 2013, my father,brother,uncle and myself were down for a golf trip. We told the renter we needed 4 beds, and they said no problem. When we got there, there was only 3, and an office with a small couch. we had to dig around his house for 20 minutes just to find a small blow up bed. Not cool. It even says 4 bedrooms on the ad. Not the case. The pics show a nice view of the golf course nearby, not the case either, your backyard is right beside the main road, lots of noisy traffic. Not once was it mentioned about Mission Hills to us. The tv's werent set-up right, they were impossible to work, no surround sound, and the pool was very dirty. The owner said we could call 24/7, and once he got our money, he was never to be seen again. I called around 4-5 times with no answer. He said he was going to stop by with our receipt, and he never did.

We Have (4) Bedrooms 1st Off - (3) Cal-King Beds In The (3) Bedrooms & In Our 4th Bedroom Which Is Completely Closed Off With Locking French Doors - We Have A Brand Leather Double Futon Bed Which Was Told To Our Guests & if That Is Not Large Enough For 1 Person We Have A Brand New Queen-Size Pillow Air Bed Right In The Closet With Plenty Of Bedding - Which The Guests Were Told 3 Times !!! Mission Hills CC Is 1 Minute Away - Give Me A Break !!! My Son Also Offered To Call Them Into His Country Clubs As His Guests Like He Always Does For All Of Our Guests All Year Around... The TV' Work Perfectly & The Surround System Works Perfectly Inside & Out & They Knew We Literally Live Directly Next Door & NEVER Called/Texted/Emailed/Knocked On Our Door To Ask For Help - NOT ONCE !!! Then The Pool Was a Little Dirty - Ha That's The Best - We Had 80 MPH Winds For 2 Days Before So Excuse Us If Every Pool n Jacuzzi In The Entire COACHELLA Valley Was Completely Filthy & After The Father Of The Group Was Quite Bitter To Myself I Even Had Our Pool Man Come Back Not Once - Not Twice - BUT 3 Times That Day For The Father Of The Goup Who Not Once Sid Thank You - I Am Almost 70 Years Old & Can Not Believe How Somebody Can Be So Rude Because Of Mother Nature & Show Absolutely No Appreciation !!! Lets Keep Going About The Receipt Now, My Son Told Them He Would Put The Receipt Under The Garage Door Or The Front Door Mat When he Returned Back In Town Friday - My Son Gave Me The ENvelope With The Receipt In It On Friday Afternoon With Our Business Cards In It I Personally Put It Under The Front Door Mat @ About 4:05 PM - Rang The Door Bell As Well But They Did Not Answer... Again, We Are Available 24 Hours A Day & Live Right Door - We All NEVER Heard A Peek From Them Their Entire Stay... Our Sons Home Is Immaculate & Extremely High Tech BUT Very User Friendly - These Comments Are Just Absolutely Brash & Pretty Darn Right Rude, We Can Go On n On n On But There Is No Need, Please Come And Enjoy Our Sons Magnificent Estate...
