After 3 years of success of our villa 'Hellios' in Elounda, we've decided to create another place where our guests could feel at home! This area of Elounda is the most exclusive one, overlooking several of the famous 5 stars resorts (Porto Elounda, Elounda Mare, Gulf Suites). Nestedon the side of a hill, among olive groves, in a very quiet surrounding, but not isolated, you will enjoy the fantastic sea view over Mirabello Bay, the mountain view, the pool (not overlooked by anyone), terraced areas all around the villa. You will love the feeling of privacy and comfort of the villa, which is is a short walk from the golf, and the first of the many luxury resorts with their wide ranges of: gourmet restaurants for romantic dinners, bars, luxury spas. A short drive from Elounda or Aghios, and beaches where you will find shops, tavernas and pubs.Our team will welcome you day and night. starter pack included.Perfect mix of Mountain and sea! typical crete atmosphere and scenery!

IMPORTANT: cleaning and housekeeping: you will find a spotless villa. We are doing our best on this matter. We have included the final cleaning in your total bill, knowing for sure you will be nice enough to leave the villa, in an acceptable state. After a few disapointments with some incredibly rude guests ( very few but, i need to mention), we just want to highlight, that our super cleaners, are very understanding, but will definitely inform us, if they have to spend much more than their usual cleaning routine in the villa after your departure. And we trust them enough after 5 years, not to discuss their report. We will have , then , to take off the extra cleaning hours , out of the damage deposit.

ACCESS for your car: dear guests , as many properties in elounda, our villa is built down a steep road . Please keep this mind when you will rent a car. Small cars are always easier to use in this area, like suzuki 4X4 or any of these kinds. . Big cars, will have trouble accessing the narrow streets of aghios nikolaos and elounda, and are too heavy to go up steep streets and hills.

You have your own private parking space in front of the house, 5 years of experience taught me well!!!

Elounda is a fantastic area of east Crete, along the sea, but with also gorgeous mountains views. There is all you can wish to spend the best holidays ever: 'blue flag' beaches, water sports, local tavernas, typical 'kafenion' ( cafés), seafood restaurants, bars, pubs, disco nights, shops, souvenirs, jewellers, bookshop and newsagents, supermarkets, latest fashions stores, all day dining, departures from the famous island of Spinalongua. Elounda is only a short drive from the Cretan 'Saint Tropez': Aghios Nikolaos, where you will discover (day and night) the Cretan way of life in the summer! The pedestrian streets are famous for their shops and restaurants, market on Wednesdays will give you a taste of local products and maybe you will find time to visit Kritsa only 15mn drive from Aghios, one of the most exquisite Cretan village ever seen.

visit the Lassithi region, the monasteries, the oil farm, the archaeological sites so close to Elounda.

Notes: You will access your property ,through Private driveway will take you all the way down to your villa where there is a large area for parking two cars. You can also park off street right in front of property if you wish.the area is safe. This area is also accessible for taxis ( which can sometimes not be the case in crete) Our friendly chauffeur niko and his team, can arrange transportation from airport and back, and will advise you on the best kind of car for this property, built nested on the hill. Our welcome team, will show you the property, and help you feel at home right away... for our guests who like to keep in shape, a pesonnal trainer ( professionnal gym teacher) is available for you on request.

thank you for this superb villa. You made us feel at home and it was just above our expectation.Great communication all along the process with you, and no worry was left without a proper answer. So it was just a fantastic week in Crete, but somehow too short. The pictures on the website are just the exact images of the real thing. And thanks to the steep driveway we can definitely drive anywhere in germany now!

Traumhaft schönes Haus

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool und wir genossen die traumhafte Aussicht von der Terasse.
Das Haus und Grundstück war äußerst gepflegt und sauber. Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles ist auf dem neuesten Standard. Man merkt, dass sich hier jemand Gedanken gemacht hat.
Der Service (Empfang bei Ankunft, Reinigung usw.) waren absolute Spitzenklasse. Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief absolut reibungslos und ohne Probleme.
Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert ist ein Auto, da der Ort, bzw. die nächsten Geschäfte doch etwas weiter entfernt sind.
Die Abreise ist uns wirklich sehr schwer gefallen, nur schwer konnten wir uns von diesem Juwel trennen. Wir kommen garantiert wieder hierher und freuen uns schon sehr darauf.

Lovely house, Great area!

Although the weather has not been too god ( not your fault laura), we enjoyed our stay in this villa. The view is superb,( just as lovely as on the photos) and the large terrace upstairs was heaven for early breakfast with the view on the bay! We enjoyed the calm and the privacy and Sky tv satellite on chilly night!
the driveway is steep ( fun to drive down but our first drive up was hilarious) but once you're convinced its the fun side of Crete,and the beauty of beeing in such a gorgeous place, surrounded by olive trees ( and sheeps up above the mountain, an incredible sight in the morning), you just find its the part of the adventure! But thanks to nikos ( who adised us on which car to rent) everything went fine!!
porto elounda resort is just a 5 mn walk and we enjoyed a good pampering at the seven senses spa!!! ( when the weather is not good we spent some money!)
aghios nikolaos was fun to visit at night ( its not high season yet so shops were not in their summer mood) but elounda's restaurants was just fine, and we now need a few visits to the gym to burn the extra calories!!!
we will definitely recommend this house and will come back for sure in the summer to enjoy the pool!!!
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
