Comfort, style and convenience are yours in this newly renovated (September 2012) 1,250 square foot 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo just minutes from Disney!

Enter into a quiet Living Room with a queen sleeper sofa, a perfect spot to unwind. Next, a beach-themed Bedroom with 2 twin beds and a 32” flat screen TV is great for both adults or the kids! The main Bathroom also has a lovely beach theme and boasts a Jacuzzi tub. The large modern Kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from a snack to a full meal. No need to run out to eat—although there are many restaurants including TGI Fridays, Crackerbarrel, Carrabba’s and more right outside the gates. There is a separate Laundry Room with large-capacity washer and dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience. The Dining area features a gorgeous, imported cherry dining table that seats 6, and barstools providing extra seating at the bar. The large Living Room features a comfortable leather sleeper sectional (full size) and a 50” flat screen TV. The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, a 32” flat screen TV and an ensuite bathroom – it even has a magnifying mirror! There is also wireless internet and phone.

The screened in Patio can be accessed through sliding glass doors from both the Living Room and the Master Bedroom. Relax on the Patio which overlooks a wooded conservation area, watch the hot air balloons drifting to the west or listen for the lions at Animal Kingdom—you’re that close!!

Here you are within 20 minutes to great shopping at The Loop, Winter Garden Village or Millenia Mall. With Route 4 only 2 miles away, you have easy access to just about anywhere you want to go! The Disney entrance is 2 miles away, Old Town - 5 minutes Universal Studios and Seaworld - less than 25 minutes away. You can’t ask for a more convenient place to stay in the Disney area!

I would highly recommend this condo. We stayed for three nights and the location was perfect for access to Disney. Also, it is very conveniently located near grocery stores and places to eat within walking distance of the condo. It was very nicely furnished with many new things and our family was very impressed with everything. It exceeded our expectations and was spotless. We would recommend this place to friends. We would definitely come back for another stay. The pictures and descriptions were very accurate.
