During the summer months we generally require a 7 night stay but occasionally we do offer 4 night stays. During the rest of the year we have a 3 night minimum.
Our beautifully remodeled home is new to VRBO. It is open and airy and is perfectly situated for two couples and/or families with children. Also we are kid friendly and animal lovers and this is a pet friendly home. Our 'Kids Kave' is a fav spot for the young at heart!
In addition we are just a ONE MINUTE WALK to MORRO STRAND STATE BEACH AND THE CLOISTERS BIKE/BEACH PATH. Enjoy the ocean views from our living room and walk to the beach in less than a minute. You can hear the sound of the waves, smell the ocean and enjoy the most amazing sunsets from our living room.
The Cloisters bike/ beach path is perfect for taking a leisurely stroll in the morning, walking your dog and or a casual bike ride torwards town. For the active animal lovers 'Dog Beach' in Cayucos is a 25 minute walk from our home and or a 3 minute drive and this is where uour dogs can roam off leash and are welcome to enjoy the ocean.Please note the beach directly in front of the entire 'Beach Tract' neighbrhood is not dog friendly and dogs are not allowed... this is a people and Snowy Plover beach only...:)
Our home is brand new and beautifully decorated both inside and out and we are very confident you will not be disappointed. Our attention to detail is visible throughout the home with special touches that help you feel pampered on your vacation. We have gone to great lengths to design a home that goes above and beyond your expectations in appointments, decorating and furnishings. This is not your ordinary vacation home rental.
The living room/ kitchen /great room is filled with natural light and is the favorite gathering spot with our guests. With views of the ocean, comfortable seating at the island, the kitchen table and sofa, this is the place memories are made. The picture windows looks out to the waves and the feeling in this room is expansive. The big kitchen island and counters are done in beautiful dark granite and provide plenty of space for multiple cooks. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare your meals including an extensive selection of spices and small specialty appliances. All the large appliances are brand new including a gas stove and oven, a refrigerator with ice and water available in the door and a microwave. This room is the perfect spot to cozy up in front of the fireplace to relax and read a book or just enjoy the view.
Adjacent to our kitchen/great room is our family room where we have a large 55” SAMSUNG SMART Flat Screen TV which is the ideal for watching your favorite sports event and or surfing the internet. We have fast WIFI so you can stay connected if you need to. We have a top of the line leather sleeper sofa with the latest mattress technology to ensure a good night’s sleep when there are extra sleeping requirements. Both of our sofa beds are brand new and very comfortable.
The Master bedroom suite in our home includes a very high end Cal King bed which is extremely comfortable and may be a problem if you need to get out of bed in the morning… It’s just too comfy… a private master bathroom with a custom tiled walk in shower with two showers heads, one on each side of the shower and is finished in a frameless glass shower enclosure. The granite sink and beautiful details inspire a feeling similar to a high end boutique hotel and one we are sure you will enjoy. The French doors open to the back yard that will be landscaped with lush plants, waterfalls including a fire-pit and hot tub. The large 2500 sq. foot backyard is scheduled for completion by July 2013.
Our second master suite also includes the same comfortable Cal King bed with designer linens and high end bedding. This room has lots of light and a beautiful view of the backyard and is adjacent to our hall bathroom which is finished with a custom tiled tub/shower combo and Travertine counter tops.
Our linen closet is filled with towels that are luxurious and assorted other surprises for our guests.
Our side patio currently includes a brand new top-of-the-line BBQ with a glass patio table and seating for 6.
A wood buring fire pit with seating for 6 including beautiful landscaping and easy access to the garage/ game room and the kitchen.
Our Kids Kave (garage/playroom) includes an indoor outdoor Kettler ping pong table for our sports enthusiasts. Darts, games, another TV with videos and a play station for the young at heart in the group. We have some very fun surprises and this is the perfect spot to get lost for a little while. The kids just love it!
We also have a variety of wetsuits at the house to use for the brave of heart and who want to venture into the chilly ocean for a dip.
We are located in Northern Morro Bay California which is 4 hours north of Los Angeles and 4 hours south of San Francisco. If you travel the coastline of California we are ideally positioned in the center of the state and this is the perfect home base from which to explore popular locations like Monterey, Big Sur, Hearst Castle, Cambria, San Luis Obispo, Montana de Oro and Pismo Beach and Santa Barbara.
Morro Bay is heaven for those who enjoy strolling our beautiful beaches with miles of coastline to choose from. Our home is just a 3 minute ride from downtown Morro Bay and the Embarcadero for restaurants, shopping, boat rides, whale watching, sport fishing, etc.
We are far enough away to give you the feeling of escape...peace and quiet so you can relax and enjoy the beautiful central coast lifestyle.
We are owner managed and take great pride in sharing our home. Cleanliness and customer service are two qualities that are highest on our list. Our home is one you will not soon forget but equal to the quality of our home and service really is the spectacular location. This is as close to beachfront as you can get and very worth the cost.
