Home in a beautiful gated golf community!

Weather you are looking for a golf vacation or theme park holiday our villa has all the comforts of home.

Our villa has been freshly painted throughout with all new furniture, bedding, linens, towels and kitchen essentials.

It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master suite has a new queen set with Smart flat screen TV and DVD player. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bedding set with Smart Flat screen TV and DVD. The third bedroom is also a queen bedding set and the fourth bedroom has 2 full size beds. Off the kitchen is the pool with spa and has loungers for relaxing and Charcoal BBQ for grilling.

The community is gated, peaceful and immaculately kept with 3 big swimming pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, gym and clubhouse serving lunch, dinner and a fabulous Sunday brunch.

Hello,

We are Fae and Jason Heywood and we live in Ontario, Canada. We have young children and love coming to Florida every chance we get. Southern Dunes is such a well known beautiful community that we decided to purchase a second home here.

Our goal is to give our guests the best vacation and hopefully they will return and tell there friends.
