3BR+3BA elegant central independent apartment

Charming 110 square meters independent apartment on two levels, 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, it is located into the perimeter of the old city walls of Florence and enriched by over 100 square meters garden equipped with table, chairs, gazebo, wicker forniture.

The ground floor consists of the living room with fireplace and French windows onto the garden. There is a lovely full equipped kitchen with dining area with direct access to the garden too. Small bathroom is situated under the stairs.

A beautiful stone staircase leads on the first floor where there are: the blu bedroom with terrace overlooking the Duomo, the pink bedroom with canopy bed, a bathroom with shower, the green bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Pets welcomed.

The location is perfect to enjoy Florence. It is very close to the famous Piazzale Michelangelo from where it is possible to admire the stunning view over Florence and only 1 km from Ponte Vecchio.

This accommodation allows to reach the city centre in 10 minutes by foot or even less by bus. Bus stop at 100 meters.

The private garden is the ideal place to relax at the end of daily trips or long walkings in the historical centre, to drink a glass of Tuscan wine and enjoy the sunset, to dine al fresco during the summer nights!
