3 bedroom, 4 bath with unobstructed Mountain View and Private Pool

Pictures can't convey the incredible view from our home. Whether from the kitchen, living room or patio, enjoy both the beauty of Mt. San Jacinto as you have a front row seat on the Mission Hills Resort Pete Dye Course. Enjoy your mornings and evenings as golfers tee off on the Par 3 8th hole.

The home is perfect for privacy too with three bedroom suites, each with a full private bathroom. In the main home, there is a Master bedroom downstairs and a large bedroom area upstairs. There is also a separate Bedroom and bath with it's own entrance from the side yard. This extra Casitas also has it's own full bath and a bar sink and small refrigerator.

As for living space you have a den and separate living room and dining room. The kitchen has an eat in area and comes supplied with the items you would expect.

Like to swim? You have your choice of your own private pool with water feature or a short walk either direction to two community pools each with heated Jacuzzi's.

When you are ready to hit the town you don't have far to go! It's a short 5-10 minute drive to restaurants, shops and movies at The River and 15 minutes to the popular El Paseo area. And you are close to a major hospital and the Agua Caliente Casino.

Downtown Palm Springs with it's mid-century charm is also not far and is a great place to stroll and antique shop, or visit museums and art galleries. While you are there don't miss the ride to the top of Mt. San Jacinto for a true mountain experience above the desert floor.

About Owner/Property Manager

Originally we purchased this home and lived here ourselves for 17 years. We loved living here with many fun memories of gatherings with friends and family to enjoy the beauty and fun Rancho Mirage has to offer.

Owner/Property Manager purchased this townhome in 1991
Why Owner/Property Manager chose Thousand Palms

When we purchased this home, it was the view that sold us. As avid golfers we were in paradise and enjoyed many years as active members of Mission Hills Country Club.

My husband and I do a lot of traveling and always in four or five star properties and expect much from a vacation destination. We sure were not disappointed here! The home is lovely, the pool, the magnificent view, the accessibility to everything and the ease of working with the owners made it a five star vacation experience. This home has everything you could possibly need or want. From a stapler to a cappuccino machine, from a lasagna pan to a pool float, from fifty spices to barbecue skewers....you name it, they have it. Just bring your bathing suit and great expectations...you will love this home!
