We had a group of 7 guys come to the Palm Springs house for my friends birthday party, and the house was awesome! We arrived on Thursday, and the place was clean and ready for us. The pool was heated, and there was beer and water in the fridge... Not a bad start to our stay when it was 100 degrees outside. Everything in the house was clean, and we never had any problems with anything. There were flat screen tv's in every room, two L-Shaped couches in separate living rooms, which gave a very spacious feel to the house. The dining room had a big table that was big enough to hold us all, except me opted for BBQing and eating by the pool every day instead. Overall, just a really nice place. Great value for the money and Chris was a great host, coming through on everything he promised to us. The beers in the fridge were an awesome touch and put a smile on our face. We really felt at home, comfortable, and had an awesome time. One last thing I noticed... We did not have any small children with us, but we did notice that the house was child proofed, as all corners had been padded off on tables, etc. I would highly recommend this house!
