Watch dolphins and whales swim by from the lanai... The sunsets are spectacular!! Relax or swim in the oceanfront pool... or barbecue and enjoy a mai tai! PLEASE WATCH OUR VIDEO!! You'll SEE and HEAR the waves which makes this location so special!

This AIR CONDITIONED condo is close enough that you can walk to town. There's a Farmers Market right across the street where you can buy fresh fruit and have banana pancakes for breakfast!

Small 12-unit complex... like your own private boutique complex .... Very quiet except for the ocean waves and lull you to sleep at night!

Let me excite your imagination....When you open the front door and look toward the living room, all you see is ocean. You'll hear the waves crashing. It's incredible! Condo is fully equipped with everything you need, including beach gear. We have really upgraded the condo with new travertine floors and granite counter tops that are beautiful!! New furniture and paint as of Sept. 2012. We also have a new PosturePedic king-size mattress that is very comfy!

We have TV and cable in both living room and bedroom for your comfort. Hawaiian CD's await you. Fast WIFI internet for all you geeks! There is a very nice washer and dryer and is always available and no need to wait in line.

FREE PARKING in front and security gate at the entrance. So, let us know if you have any other questions... it's always first come first served!

The week was incredibly wonderful and relaxing. We did go a lot but probably the best part of our vacation was morning coffee on the lanai. Friendly neighbors and Andrew the manager was helpful and has good advice. Love the place, including the tide pools. Lola and Larry

Loved the ocean waves

We really enjoyed the time we spent at the Kona Riviera Villas. We appreciated the comfortable living space, the deck overlooking the pool and the ocean, and the constant sound of the sea. It provided an excellent base for us as we explored the Kona area and a very welcoming environment when we returned from a day touring the island.

Wow! This will be my 4th time!

Obviously unit #204 at the Kona Riviera Villas entices me to return annually! This will be my 4th year to book the unit but unfortunately for only six weeks this next year.
I have been visiting the Big Island for more than 14 years so I have stayed at many complexes along the West Hawaii coast. I had never stayed in the same complex until visiting this unit in the Kona Riviera Villas.
The amenities are comfortable and the views from the terrace are breath taking. Beautiful sunsets and unobstructed views of the whales and dolphins as they swim by.
The small complex attracts me and the manger is extremely helpful and delightfully full of Island information.


I intend to continue my annual retreats to this unit!

My husband and I endeavor to find the BEST sunset spot on the Kona coast and we always return right back to Kona Riviera since we can't find a more beautiful setting on the coastline! So, I understand how you feel! We love having you come back year after year!
