Why Tanya Bailey Smith chose Savannah
This beautiful property is a historic gem with very large rooms, lots of fireplaces and situated directly on the St. Patrick's Day Parade Route. We also run the Great Savannah Races Museum which is on the main floor of the carriage house, with a second vacation rental above it.
What makes this apartment unique
We fell in love with this property because it has gorgeous architecture, and is within walking distance of restaurants, night life, tours, and located on beautiful Calhoun Square in a very quiet and safe part of historic Savannah. The apartment entrance is through the courtyard from Abercorn Street, you can't find a better location for watching the St. Patrick's Day Parade. Shared use of the courtyard makes for a truly local experience. Courtyard is shared with the owner's family only.
