From swimming in the large pool to playing Petanque in the back yard, from biking or hiking in the canyons to visiting the neighbor’s horses, this property is made for cozy dinners and playing games with friends and family (some games include Uno, Chinese Checkers, Backgammon, Go, Taboo, Balderdash, Puzzles, Cards, and a few more). There are 8 sets of Petanque boules for you to use, as well as a few tennis rackets and tons of tennis ball (there are multiple free-access tennis courts around the city). 2 super comfortable semi-firm natural latex TWIN mattresses, 2 firm memory foam TWIN mattresses, 1 super comfortable semi-firm natural latex KING mattress, and 1 semi-firm QUEEN foam mattress ... all brand new as of 2012.
I also have 2 TWIN extra firm non-toxic soy-based mattresses on standby ... any guest over 8 sleeping at the house will be charged $50 per night per person.
There is a professional massage table (and special sheets), two exercise balls, a Chi-machine, a Vibrational machine, and a few other gadgets at your disposal ... (upon request).
Thieves and other organic and therapeutic essential oils are diffused in the house on a regular basis to keep the air clean. Thieves is a combination of essential oils that are highly antiviral, antiseptic, anti-fungus, antibacterial, anti-infectious and so forth.
Keyboards, remote controls, phones and knobs cleaned w/ alcohol after each individual stay.
The pool is heated May through October. Chlorine pool is (gas) heated UPON REQUEST between December and April for a $500 surcharge ... please let me know 3 weeks in advance if you'll be using the pool as it takes a long time to heat.
1 PC 'courtesy Laptop' for your convenience ... so you can call long distance on a certain free website, access your various social networks, do research and access your emails ...
There is wireless internet in the whole house, but if you prefer, it can be unplugged and there is a DSL cable in every room.
There is a 32' Television in the living room ONLY, a multi-zone DVD player, and a DVR recorder that can record up to 200 hours. Cable channels include HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, CNN, BRAVO, and all the basic cable channels such as E!, MTV, VH1, MSNBC, FOX, ON-DEMAND, etc...)
Magazine Subscriptions include Los Angeles Magazine, The New Yorker, Time, Vanity Fair, Dwell, Angeleno, People and TV Guide. I also try to get my hands on the LA weekly but only when I can ...
1 Extra Large BBQ & 1 small BBQ are both available for your convenience. You'll just have to buy the charcoal ... (please do not use chemical fluids)

I can provide courtesy Nespresso capsules for $1 each, you can order them in advance and have them mailed here or buy them directly from the Nespresso store in Century City.
