Why Jim Ball chose West Naples

We love the Naples area and being across from the Gulf in a small,quiet area was key for us. We love to walk the beach and bicycle everywhere, so this property was perfect.

What makes this condo unique

Swimming at the heated pool or reading, boating in the Coquina Cove channel and out to the Gulf, walking to Naples Beach Hotel for Morning coffee and watching the sunset at night at the Hotel's sunset bar. Eating breakfast, lunch at First Watch Cafe next door to condo.
