Townhome, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible Bed(s), 3 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

Our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with private pool gets sun all day. There are 3 bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has a King-size bed, one has a Queen-size bed and the other with two twin beds.

The sofa in the main room can open up to an additional bed if need for 2 extra guests. Privacy is maintained by it’s own entry into the downstairs bathroom.

This home has its own south-facing splash pool that ensures a full day of Florida's famous sunshine. We have recently installed Lanai blinds to allow for additional privacy and shade if desired.

A Playstation 2 console is included for additional entertainment.

We also provide WIFI, long distance, and free international calls.

New 32' flat screen televisions added to each bedroom and an iHome unit in the lounge area. This allows you to use your iPhone or iTouch to play music through larger speakers if desired. We have also upgraded beds for each bedroom to ensure a comfortable night sleep. We are committed to making your stay enjoyable.

We are a family from Pennsylvania that chose Windsor Hills for it's great location and ammenities. Disney trips can be very expensive and the home allows for space, comfort, and quality while saving money for the parks. We hope your family will also enjoy our comfortable home.

The townhome is in a great location and an end unit for added privacy. The pool area faces the perfect direction for sun all day no matter the time of year. The proximity in the resort also allows for hearing and seeing the fireworks right outside the home in the right weather. Though nothing can replace heading a few miles into Disney to see the spectacle each night!

We are located at the corner of Maneshaw and Otterspool St. A short walk down Maneshaw leads you to one of the most unique pools in the Disney area. The home has also been maintained by the same A+ rated BBB company for 7 years.

Car: recommended

Windsor Hills is a family resort only minutes from Disney's gates. The resort has a huge lagoon style pool with fantastic water slide and features, tennis, basketball, fitness center, 50 seat movie theater, beach volleyball, and even it's own Convenience store/ Sundry shop.

Multiple playground areas for the children and a zero entry pool make this an ideal family destination.

For the golf lovers, the Disney area is hard to beat. There are dozens of 4 and 5 star courses within 30 minutes of the home. The resort also has it's own putting green to practice before your rounds. Please refer to our website for links to the various options around this golfer's paradise.

Great value-The amenities of a resort and the privacy of your own vacation home,

Wonderful location – a short drive to Disney and other attractions, golf courses, various restaurants, and stores. Townhouse is spacious, comfortable, and clean. Lanai and private pool a definite bonus. The location of the townhouse within Windsor Hills also a plus – an end unit, quiet, and a short walk to Sundry Shop and Clubhouse. My granddaughter loved the playground, community pool, and arcade. Definitely plan on returning and will recommend to friends and family.

Great location/townhouse, even better communication with the owner

I can't really say enough about how enjoyable our stay was at Windsor Hills. Throughout the process the communication back and forth with the townhouse owner was excellent and they did everything they could to ensure our check-in and check-out process was seamless.

The townhouse itself was very spacious and had 3 bathrooms. This was perfect for the four of us who stayed there for 5 nights. There was also a full kitchen with plenty of pots/pans and dishes so we were able to make out own meals a few nights. Overall the accommodations were greatly superior to a hotel and the cost was significantly lower on a per night basis.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

My husband and I recently stayed at this property for a week with our 3 young children (ages 2-7) for a Disney vacation. I wasn't sure I wanted to stay "off property" , but I couldn't have been happier with our decision. It only took us about 12 minutes to get from the driveway to our parking space at any Disney park (less time than Disney transportation!) The unit was very clean and and simply having the space to put the kids to bed in their own room was wonderful. So much better than a cramped hotel room! The heated splash pool was more like a hot tub and the kids loved it! It was great for us to unwind after a long day at the parks too. The community pool and clubhouse were also great. Zero entry for the little ones and heated nicely. We will defiantly be back!

Superb stay, very close to Disney Parks!

When we arrived the Condo was very clean. We had everything we needed for cooking and their was even a Washer & Dryer. No problems with the WiFi, our personal Pool out in the Lanai was great and heated for the cool weather. Lg. screen TV in the Parlor and flat screens in the bedroom, each Bdrm, had its own bathroom. Our Bedroom was in the front on the 1st fl. And I slept with the window open and it was very quiet and the Mattress was comfortable. We had our own parking spot and the Condo is in a Gated-Community where you have a pass to get in and out. We intend to stay again. We needed to call for a new lightbulb when the front entrance one blew and it was replaced the next day.
