Located in the vibrant Miracle Mile district, this top-floor flat is just minutes to Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Hollywood and only 20 minutes to Santa Monica beaches. Miracle Mile offers a great selection of shops, museums, galleries, restaurants and attractions.

DESCRIPTION:

This sunny top-floor apartment feels like a home because it's on a quiet, tree-lined street, has a private entrance AND a private driveway that is yours during your stay. AND the apartment has no shared walls; the entire top floor is yours.

The home has an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. It's bright, functional, designer-done, yet oozes period charm with hardwood floors, chandeliers, coved ceilings, balconies, Art Deco sconces, hand-painted tiles and much more.

BEDROOMS:

The THREE bedrooms are accessed down a center hallway. Each bedroom is spacious and well-appointed featuring a new queen bed, new high-quality mattress and luxurious high thread-count linens.

BATHS:

There are TWO full Baths, each professionally redesigned with designer tile and fixtures that exude a timeless elegant feel. The main bath has a luxurious oversized tub. The other bathroom is also redone with designer Ann Sacks tile, Kohler fixtures and a walk-in shower. Bathrooms are stocked with plush Egyptian cotton towels and organic soaps and shampoos.

PARKING:

This rental includes your own private driveway that can accommodate 2-3 cars.

KITCHEN AND DINING ROOMS:

The kitchen is designed for cooking with high-end appliances, tile floors, granite counter tops and plenty of cabinet space. It also has its own breakfast nook featuring a designer Noguchi table with Eames chairs.

The dining room features a walnut slab Parsons table that seats 6 and overlooks a romantic balcony with hand-painted Mexican tile.

Since 2001, I have bought, renovated and rented out historic LA homes and enjoy making your visit to LA memorable and enjoyable. I live in another house in the same neighborhood so I'm a moment away should you need anything at all. I love this home and this neighborhood and work in the area. This property is a very special 1920's era duplex that captivated me with its charm, open layout, romantic balconies, wood floors, barrel ceilings and celebrity past. British glam-rock musician, Marc Bolan (T. Rex) lived in this home in the 1970s with his wife, Grammy nominated Gloria Jones - so this home has great vibes! She was the first singer to record the song, Tainted Love.

What makes this apartment unique

Completely renovated yet retains an old Hollywood glamour feel. Layout is very open for a 1920s era home. Very well appointed with 2 balconies and a spacious private back patio dedicated for this unit. You'll also have your own driveway for your car so parking is very convenient, just steps from your front door. You will be living in the entire 1800 sq. foot top floor. Extremely quiet and peaceful street. It's a refuge in the middle of bustling LA.

AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING!

This place is absolutely AMAZING!! I have just spent a whole month in this Spanish style apartment with my husband and 22 month old son. I'm really fussy when it comes to holiday rentals, places I stay in have to be super, super clean, smell fresh, be nicely furnished, have comfy beds, a great kitchen with all the appropriate appliances (I especially cook a lot having a toddler) and the bathroom needs to be nice too. I also like stylish looking places with lots of charm and character - This place ticks all the boxes. The pics really represent this place well, what you see is EXACTLY what you get, in fact it's even better when you arrive and see it in person. After a long flight over from Australia as soon as we arrived we really needed to sleep and I have to say the beds were to die for, it's like you are sleeping in the clouds they are so comfortable with lovely soft linen and comfy pillows. I was also really impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked as was the bathroom. As far as the location we were very close to everything (with a car & you need a car in LA) and within walking distance on Pico St there was a great coffee house called "healing coffee", a must if you're a coffee person. The owner Patricia was delightful to deal with, nothing was a problem for her, in fact when we couldn't start the gas log fire place, she arrived as soon as possible to get it started for us. She also helped out with recommendations and replied to all of my messages very quickly. The house is located in a really lovely street too, it was peaceful day & night and the neighbours below were very friendly. I really can't recommend this place enough, we as a family had such a wonderful stay, (it was very toddler friendly too by the way, we could just let him run free and not have to worry about him hurting himself on anything or breaking anything) and we just didn't want to leave. If you're looking for a place to stay in LA which you must be if you're reading this, stop looking right now and just BOOK THIS PLACE, you will be so happy if you do!!

Great location!

This was exactly what we were looking for to accommodate all 7 of us. A warm and inviting home! The beds were very comfortable and it was a necessity for us to have 2 bathrooms. We seemed to be in the midst of everything - an easy (well...we found out what LA traffic is about) drive to everywhere we wanted to go. We loved the privacy of the home - a parking spot off the street and our own entrance. Although we did not use the kitchen - it was loaded with all of the amenities you'd desire. Our weekend was unfortunately a rainy one - but the patio looked lovely...though wet! We would stay here again!

Owner's Response: I'm thrilled you enjoyed our property. Regarding the patio and gardens, they are maintained; a gardener comes every other week. I believe the patio cushions were not on the patio furniture when you arrived because of the rain that occurred just before you arrived. Had I known you couldn't find them, I would have made sure to get them for you during your stay.
