Golf course lot with fenced backyard and gorgeous views and a beautifully manicured golf course. This home 1500+ sq. ft. fully furnished including Cable TV and Robson membership fees are included in this comfortable home has two bedroom and two bathroom on a single level split floor plan (sleeps 4 comfortably) two separate bathrooms, kitchen table seats four with kitchen bar seating. This is a vacation paradise...

The house has upgraded flooring with 18' neutral tile everywhere except the bedrooms which has upgraded berber carpeting. A 42' Plasma TV, ceiling fans throughout, open floor plan with laundry room and full size washer/dryer, spacious two car garage and golf cart garage with remote door openers.

The outdoor patio, tile galore, bedrooms have upgraded carpet, relax and enjoy the fresh air on the outdoor patio, .. 24 hour security always patrolling the area, not really needed it's a save place to live.

Wonderful place to get away from Minnesota snow

We felt right at home in this wonderful retirement resort home. Everyone was so nice and there were so many activities that we may decide to retire here ourselves. The home was spacious, modern and clean and had everything we needed including a patio that made for nice dinner opportunities.
The owners were more than helpful in welcoming us. The location between Phoenix and Tucson was peaceful yet an easy drive to check out festivals in both cities.
Definitely recommend to friends.

The four of us thoroughly enjoyed the house. It was better than anticipated. The owners met us at the house upon our arrival and then again when it was time to leave. They were informative and answered all of our questions. I can't recommed this house highly enough,.
