Great find in Scottsdale/Phoenix

My daughters and I stayed here for 4 nights. The property is great! Very spacious, wonderful grounds and you can't get a better location for exploring the area. There's quick access to the main highways that ring Phoenix (without being right on a busy road!) The house is spotless, very private, very quiet and feels secluded. It's in a nice, upscale neighborhood for biking or walking. Spring was awesome at keeping in touch and responding quickly to any questions (both before and after our arrival). It is a casita on the owner's property, but it separated by a stucco wall and feels totally like a separate house. Since it's new, it doesn't have a lot of those leftover cooking supplies from previous guests (such as spices) but is a completely equipped kitchen. The furnishings are homey and comfortable and the beds are very comfortable. We didn't use the bikes or the BBQ this time, but certainly are great to have. Of course the pool is wonderful... This time of year was perfect for visiting Phoenix, the botanical garden is a must, as is Taliesin West. I would recommend this for couples, or families with any age kids. Seems to be handicapped accessible (not sure on all the official regulations to qualify for that though). We hope to return.
