Welcome to The Loft.

This is a stunning architectural upscale contemporary 1 bedroom/2 bath (plus add. foldout bed) loft space on two levels. It has lots of open space and natural light with 7 skylights! There are beautiful high end furnishings and artwork through out: Italian leather couches, stainless steel counter tops, glass back splashes, over sized steel patina sliding door and Italian lighting fixtures. This unique loft accommodates two individuals on one of the highest five star hotel quality king size mattress available, with a foldout bed for a third guest.

Plenty of closet space with beautiful built in custom made maple dressers and desk. Enjoy high end organic linens, towels and bath products through out with attention to every detail. There's free WiFi, iPod alarm clock dock, two premium large LG flat screen televisions, Bose sound system for your iPod and top of the line washer/dryer. You'll find a complete list of our favorite 'be a local' restaurants and spas. The bathrooms include ultra modern Italian fixtures, glass enclosed showers and a large bathtub with candles for your enjoyment. The kitchen appliances are stainless steel, and it is also fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans/accessories, coffee mugs, wine glasses and flatware, plus all counter top appliances. We are also happy to stock your refrigerator and pantry with your favorite food and beverages for an additional fee. Enjoy your morning coffee on the outdoor second floor patio deck. This space is very modern and has a clean look. Great for entertaining, hanging out in Santa Fe, solo pondering, and quiet romantic getaways. Invite your friends over for dinner and be cool (the dining room table expands to seat six).

You can walk to almost everything, and just a 11 minute drive to the Plaza. It's a 9 min walk to The Railyard Park (the new gathering place for contemporary art, performance, farmers market, bar scene, music, picnic, food + the train to ABQ.). Just 19 min. walk to the happening Cowgirl Bar and a the massive cowboy boot selection at Double Take. Under 10 minute walk to either Trader Joes or Whole Foods. You're also just a few minutes drive away from the Santa Fe Ski Basin, Santa Fe Opera, Indian Market, Spanish Market, Arts and Crafts Market and hiking in the National forest.

I loved my stay at this Loft apartment in the heart of Santa Fe, and easy walk to the local Whole Foods, and to the best place in Santa Fe for Yoga and healthy eating, (BODY).. It's by far the best VRBO I have stayed at in Santa Fe and the owner is always willing to help out in any way, if you need him for anything..

Winter wonderland at the Loft

The only thing missing was our friends all of whom should book at stay at "The Art Loft" - our nick name.
This place was so perfect - the location, size, comfort, kitchen, baths, lighting - all well worth the fee. The art is even for sale. It was an artist dream pad. We had a great time and will return as soon as we can.
The owner is a gentleman, a scholar and I'm certain a great doctor. Thank you Andrew for the best of times.

Beautifully decorated, quiet, spacious loft in a great part of Santa Fe. Close to almost everything, with great big picture windows to take in the magnificent sunsets.

Everything that I could think of was there, and of good quality. I loved my time there, and suspect that you and your loved one(s), will as well.

Loft Sanctuary in Santa Fe

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful loft in Santa Fe for three nights. We looked at local hotel options, and decided to go for (much) more space and a full kitchen. The loft was newly renovated, in mint condition, and every detail was perfect! We felt like we were in the top suite at our favorite hotel in Miami. Spacious, tasteful, quiet, light and bright, with a beautiful kitchen and two spacious bathrooms - a great launching pad for Santa Fe or just to hang around. Andrew was an excellent host, and helped us to locate some unique restaurants and events in Santa Fe that we wouldn't have otherwise known about. We look forward to returning soon!
