5 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 12-14)

This spacious 5 bedroom, 3 full baths, three story home is a great place for your vacation at the beach. This home features an upside down design with main living area on the second level and bedrooms & bathrooms on all floors.

On the first floor (foyer entrance level) there are two bedrooms and a full bath (one bedroom with queen bed and one with 1 single bed and twin over full bunk). New front load Washer & Dryer. Gas Grill is available in the backyard.

Second floor has a family room with a new 46” LCD TV. Comcast digital cable and secure wireless internet access is available. Family room (with new sleeper couch), large deck with patio furniture for viewing the sunset over the bay or a peak at the ocean. There is also a spacious kitchen, and a large table for family gatherings. There is a full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen TV as well as a private deck.

On the third floor there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a flat screen TV, and a private deck to sip your morning coffee or to enjoy a glass of wine at night. Fifth bedroom has two single beds.

Property is located in the quiet south end of Sea Isle City on 72nd Street and short walking distance to the beach (15 houses to beach), convenience store, deli, ice cream stand and bay promenade to watch sunsets, rent jet skis, or fishing boats.

8 beach tags are also included.

Pillows, blankets and comforters are provided. Please bring your own linens and towels.

This property is smoke free and pet free.

Absolutely beautiful well maintained vacation home

Every room better than the next. Very clean and well kept. Beds were very comfortable. All the amenities were covered from A to Z including a cozy gas fireplace, flat panel TV's, as if the 5 bedrooms weren't enough it has a queen sleeper sofa (my kids loved it). Huge front deck and private rear decks. Owners were very attentive to the needs of their guests and children.
Sun filled living room from mid morning to afternoon, high cathedral ceilings in living room and dining room. Well equipped kitchen with all appliances. Well done. my vote is 10 out 10..... see you next year!
