Set in beautiful gardens with two access gates directly on to the beach, with a very large pool. Plenty of paved area around the pool with sunbeds to enjoy the all day sunshine.You can walk on the promenade to a salt tower and beach bars in one direction and to Estepona Port in the other. It has underground reserved parking places and the urbanisation is gated for security.There are shops, restaurants, and beach bars in walking distance. A bus service going to Estepona, or Algeciras in the other direction passes the property.The popular marinas of Duquesa and Estepona with their shops, restaurants, bars and discos are just a short drive away. Marbella and Puerto Banus, for upmarket shopping or just Star spotting a 20 minute drive. Gibraltar is a easy 30 minute drive, not to be missed the Apes and Dolphin and Whale watching.

You can take the train to Ronda, described by the BBC as one of the top 5 rail journeys in the world. This 1 hr 40 min trip is through the most spectacular scenery

This 3 bed. duplex penthouse has a very large terrace off the lounge, with outside dining table and chairs, sunbeds and a gas barbecue.The spacious lounge/diner has 3 sofas, a wide screen TV. DVD and Video. The very large kitchen is fitted with German appliances and marble work tops, it has ceramic hob oven, microwave,dishwasher,washing machine,fridge/freezer and electric toaster. Also on this floor a drying area and downstairs toilet.Upstairs the main bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom, with bath, shower attachment, bidet, sink, vanity unit and toilet. Full width patio doors give uninterrupted sea views and access to a terrace. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Anlage Sinfonia del Mar. Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und sauber. Die gesamte Anlage ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Wir haben ständig einen Gärtner gesehen, der die Grünanlagen betreut hat. Die Terrassen sind sehr schön und wir haben den perfekten Meeresblick inklusive springender Delphine genossen. Der Service war sehr gut, d.h. alle angesprochenen Probleme wurden sofort behoben. Etwas störend war der Lärm von der angrenzenden Schnellstrasse, den man leider auch auf der Meeresseite durch den Torbogen der Treppenaufgänge hören kann. Den Gasgrill auf der Terrasse haben wir zweimal benutzt. Bei schönem Wetter im Freien zu grillen ist ein perfekter Tagesausklang. Ansonsten waren wir öfter im Hafen von Estepona essen. Sehr gut gefiel uns dort ein italienisches Restaurant. Den Namen habe ich leider vergessen. Fing mit R an. Der Strand vor der Anlage ist eine reine Steinwüste und für Kieler zum Sonnenbaden nicht zu gebrauchen. In Estepona gibt es aber einige sehr schöne Strände.

Wonderful Apartment with stunning views

We very much enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was very spacious for the five of us. The outdoor patio was lovely - wonderful place to sit and hear the waves, look at Morocco and the Rock of Gibralter. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The bbq was great and allowed us to enjoy a summer meal "at home". We enjoyed the pool very much - quiet and refreshing. You definitely need a car in order to visit other towns, beaches, shops etc. It is a great spot for families.

Fabulous beach front apartment

The apartment is even better than the description....there are useable terraces from all main rooms, including the kitchen. The apartment has a very high spec feel and is very well equipped.

There were a few (unexpected) essentials in the kitchen such as salt pepper, dishwasher tabs etc and the kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. The apartment was cleaned after a week and all the beds changed- also unexpected!

The views from the apartment are stunning, you can see and hear the sea from every room. Gibraltar and Morocco are visible on clear days. The beach is a few feet from the back of the building. There are better beaches a short drive away however. The pool is clean and quiet, some days we had the pool to ourselves.

We had a couple of very minor probems in the apartment but these were sorted out immediately by the property local contacts.

The information pack provided was useful but does need updating.

There is some traffic noise from the front of the building when the windows are open but this did not affect us at all. The apartment is fully air conditioned.

A car is useful because most facilites are a short drive away- 5 mins to nearest supermarket, 10 mins to Estepona town/port.

We visited Gibraltar, Ronda, Juzcar (smurf village), Alhambra and Benalmadena which are all accessible by car or by public transport. We took the train from Algeciras to Ronda.

Tourist inforation office in Estepona very helpful but has moved to a different location to the tourist maps.

Amazing place to stay

We stayed in the apartment for 6 people,as the owners have 2 in this complex. It was fabulous in every way. The apartment was well equipped with high spec fittings and the kitchen had everything you could've wished for.

The views are simply stunning and waking up early with a baby was made enjoyable as we could watch the sunrise & listen to the waves!!!!

The pool area was very clean and garden was well maintained, it was never busy and there was no reserving the loungers with towels. with a.

There are large supermarkets just a short drive away, so with a young family we just made use of the bbq and outdoor space every evening. The immediate area is quite quiet. There is a small promenade to walk along the beach. Estepona port is 10 mins drive away with plenty of places to eat and go fo drink. The owners have left a comprehensive local guide with taxi numbers etc,if you don't fancy driving.

The owners were extremely helpful with any requests we had prior to our stay and provided loads of useful information.

I would not hesitate in recommending this holiday let to anyone and hope one day we will return.

Precioso apartamento con mucho lujo y muy bien cuidado. Pasamos un gran fin de semana. El apartamento esta muy bien situado, en una gran urbanización y tiene unas preciosas vistas. Ademas, los dueños son muy acogedores y simpáticos.

La estancia en este apartamento fué perfecta cada día, desde la llegada hasta la salida. Altas calidades de las instalaciones, buena localización, inmejorables vistas desde la terraza, acceso directo a la piscina de la urbanización y con unos propietarios encantadores.

Las cenas y desayunos en la terraza junto con las barbacoas y tardes al sol en la piscina....

The old town of Estepona is just a five minute drive away with its pedestrian shopping area, beautiful old square where you can chose from a big selection of restaurants and bars. There are two marinas within 5 minutes drive one very popular with the British( Duquesa) the other a little more Spanish (Estepona) both have many shops, restaurants, disco's and bars. Just 20 minutes drive away, Marbella and Puerto Banus, offer opportunities to star spot, go upmarket shopping, or party all night. You can take the train to Ronda, described by the BBC as one of the top five train journeys in the world. This one hour forty minute trip takes you through spectacular scenery to this famous old town perched on top of a huge gorge, it has the oldest bullring in Spain, fantastic views over the countryside and lots of special churches. Gibraltar is a gentle 30 minute drive away with its British shops and old red telephone box's. Don't miss the apes or the Dolphin or Whale watching.
