Kings Beach House Rental Photos and Description
4 bedroom, den, 2.5 bathroom, close to 'everything'
Welcome to Rose Lodge in the wonderful town of Kings Beach on Lake Tahoe's north shore. This luxurious home is at the top of a quiet cul-de-sac in the Kingswood Estates neighborhood. The house has a sunny western exposure with a view toward Lake Tahoe and has the Tahoe National Forest at its back. Hike or snowshoe out the back door in acres of open forest!
The home has the feel of a cozy mountain lodge with vaulted wood ceilings, a river rock fireplace, pine furniture, down comforters and mountain-themed accents throughout. We have tried to incorporate everything you will need during your restful stay. With a well-appointed kitchen (our family loves to cook and eat well), comfortable open floor plan, three decks and a large family dinner table you will enjoy spending time with your family and friends and creating memories to last a lifetime.
From the slate-tile entryway, ascend to the stunning open Great Room, with living area, gas fireplace and river rock hearth, dining area, kitchen with granite counters and an island with seating, and doors to two decks.
The spacious Master Suite offers a king bed and cozy window seat. The full-size bath has a double sink, jetted tub, large shower and WC. Downstairs the den opens to three additional bedrooms each with a queen bed. All beds have soft goose-down comforters and pillows. A second full bathroom is downstairs as well as a half bath on the main level.
The den downstairs offers a second family area with a gas 'wood' stove, comfy leather couch, hide-a-bed, and a sliding door to the lower deck and garden. There are games, puzzles and books waiting for you!
All that Tahoe has to offer is right outside the door or minutes away: sledding, ice skating, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, hiking, mountain biking, swimming, golfing, horseback riding, boating, casinos, shopping and more!

My husband and I grew up in Marin County and live there with our daughter.
I've been coming to Tahoe since I was a little girl and am always amazed by the beauty of the lake. Kings Beach is my favorite place because it's a small town and close to everything. We named our home Rose Lodge in honor of my husband's mother and it's become a very special place for our family to get together.
Stepping into this home is like stepping into a mountain lodge. It has the coziness of a cabin with the space everyone needs to be comfortable.
