Photos and Description of the Cebu vacation apartment rental
This is a 1 acre fenced compound

This is a 1 bedroom apartment, on beautiful beachfront property which runs from the ocean to the highway. It has tile floors and granite counter-tops in the kitchen. It is a new building and is very clean. This is an air-conditioned unit with hot water. It has a nice front porch for enjoying the ocean view. It also has beautiful landscaping with a large swimming and matured coconut palms. This is American owned and operated. We pride ourselves with quality linens and mattresses. We have some guests that stay year round and other guests that rent monthly, weekly and daily. We have an on-site resident manager. Feel free to call or email anytime to talk to us about this unit. We are 25 min. from the city of Dumaguete which has a new large SM shopping mall, countless restaurants and shops. It is an extremely friendly and safe city. The bus goes by our property every 20 to 30 minutes and cost about 75 cents(U.S) to ride to Dumaguete. The last bus is about 8 P.M. so it is very easy to spend the day in town.

The diving and snorkeling in this area is fantastic. We are only 20 minutes from APO ISLAND which is listed as one of the best dive in the world. There are numerous dive operations with in 10 to 15 minutes from our property. Guided dive trips are typically $25 to $50 U.S. dollars. Even our beach is truly excellent snorkeling.

About Marshall, Arlene or Rick and Reggie

I am an American man married to a filipina, we have been married for 15 years. I was born in St. Louis Missouri and have live most of my life in Lake of the Ozarks Missouri. My wife is from Leyte Philippines. This property will eventually our retirement home. Just not ready to be in one place yet. We also spent most of our time in Cape Coral Florida. We are usually at oceanside 30 apartments in philippines Dec. thru March.

Why Marshall, Arlene or Rick and Reggie chose Cebu

We spent 2 years looking for ocean property in philippines. I guess our biggest priorities were, a safe area for my wife and family, a nice beach, and I wanted only to be half hour from the city that had everything that I desire, restuarants, shopping etc..etc..

What makes this apartment unique

We offer a complete kitchen, most all of the resorts in our area offer no kitchen, they want you to eat at their restaurant thats why a lot of our guest stay for a long period of time. We do our best to make them feel at home and help them find what ever they need.

No disappointments. Thanks Marshal and Rick and all the hard working staff. Simply can't be beat. Very quiet, plenty of room, fine furnishings, very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this property to any traveler.

This is a great property. I have traveled around the world and can honestly say that this property is one of my favorites. It is clean and reasonably priced. Coveniently located on the bus route. We also rented motorbikes and rode all over. Very safe and freindly local people as well as the long term guests. The pool is also clean and refreshing. The fact that there is an onsite American manager who is married to a fillipina is a big plus. No confusion and not bad surprises as can often happen while traveling. They picked us up from the airport for a nominal fee and were very helpful with anything we needed. The area is nice and it was the best beach anywhere I have seen it the philipines. No disappointments. Thanks Marshal and rick and all the hard working staff.
