Located on the ground floor, this private unit has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms located on opposite ends. The kitchen plus dining area is bright and newly updated with granite counter tops and appliances. Just steps from 8 lighted tennis courts, 2 pools and spas, it overlooks a large green area from a covered patio. Numerous walking and biking trails are within easy reach. Covered parking is provided.
About Grisel Logsdon

A well rounded husband and wife with 2 beautiful girls. Currently we live in Chicago, but have family in the Phoenix area and love having this 2nd home to visit and enjoy the wonderful Arizona sun.

While living in Arizona for a brief period of time, it was easy to fall in love with its rhythm. We have extended family in the Phoenix area and were looking for a centrally located turn key condo our family and friends could periodically enjoy throughout the year.

What makes this condo unique

We appreciate the central location of this condo that allows us to easily get to multiple destinations within minutes. We fell in love with the Villages and all it amenities. Our two girls love to play in the pool and run around the open spaces. With well maintained tennis courts and nearby walking and biking paths, there is always something to do and explore.
