The Canyons Condo Rental Photos and Description

2 bedroom + loft room, 3 bathroom, vaulted ceilings, pool, no better location!

There is no better location at the Canyons than Sundial -- step out the door and the Red Pine Gondola is right there (with the heated Orange Bubble chair just beyond), as is the ski beach and forum with the restaurants, bars, shops, concerts spring & summer, golf NOW COMPLETE (Fall 2014), etc.!

And this is one of the best units at Sundial, the unit is on two stories, with vaulted ceilings, expansive oversized balcony running the full length of the unit (much larger than typical for the property and including Weber grill, table for dinning al fresco, etc that other Sundial units do not have), and many many upgrades.

Living area with fireplace, door to balcony, flatscreen TV with internet access (Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.), DVD, music w/ ipod/mp3 dock, sofabed, seating at both table and bar, oversized windows, vaulted ceiling.

The full kitchen features granite countertops and slate floors and is fully stocked with everything to enjoy eating with family and friends.

On the main level you will find two bedrooms, one with king, fireplace, door to balcony, the second with queen bed. Both have extra high ceilings, extra high windows, and 42' flatscreens.

On the main level you will find two full baths (3rd bath upstairs) featuring natural stone, heated floors, deep soaking tubs, and rainshower shower heads. The master bath also features a jacuzzi tub.

Upstairs you will find an open bedroom/loft looking down on the living area, with two twin beds (can be pushed together to make king). There is a flatscreen and DVD player. The third (upstairs) full bath features heated floors and deep soaking tub.

Balcony is larger than with most Sundial units, running the full length of the unit and unlike most Sundial units that have only chairs on the balcony, such is outfitted with chairs, table to enjoy drinking and dinning al-fresco, plus a Weber gas grill for your cooking pleasure.

Moreover you will enjoy little luxury touches that make a difference --from luxury robes, to luxury L'Occitane amenities, to luxury high thread count luxury linens -- little things that are unique to our unit as we try to go to the extra mile and deliver a superior experience.

Property amenities include year round heated outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs (both pool and roof level), relaxing gas firepits (both pool and roof level), gym, ski check with boot dryers, bell service, complimentary wifi, complimentary underground parking and more.

Immediately out the door you will find your skiing/boarding (Red Pine Gondola right out the door; heated Orange Bubble Chair just beyond), main resort ski shop and rental (located right in Sundial, ground level with exterior entrance), ski school, restaurants (from the top rated The Farm, to the casual Umbrella Bar, to The Bistro at Canyons which features a Kosher menu), etc. In spring and summer free concerts, and the new Canyons golf course which is NOW OPEN (as of Fall 2014) to fantastic reviews.

And while you have Utah's largest ski resort (fourth largest in the USA) and its base village at your doorstep, if you want to venture beyond (Park City is home to three Top 10 rated ski resorts, two others in addition to Canyons with Park City Mountain Resort sharing a common lift ticket with Canyons, and you definitely need to check out Historic Main Street) note that free bus/shuttle stop is conveniently located just a few steps from Sundial.

Originally a visitor to Park City we loved it so much we now live full time here. We own at very select premier ski in ski out properties in Park City, Telluride and Jackson Hole (as well as in Cabo) and take pride in offering premier ski in ski out destinations at great owner direct rates. My family and I could not be happier with this property or the Canyons Resort! Brad was awesome to deal with, he answered every question we had right away. He even helped us find out where my kids could go see Santa! There is not a better location in Park City than the Sundial Lodge. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The unit is exactly as described. Everything is very clean and comfortable! The unit has upgraded appliances and everything you need to cook for a week. I could go on and on about how great this condo is! My family and I look forward to coming back year after year!

We stayed here for 4 days and the owner was amazing to work with. Quick to respond with any questions we had. Condo is clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had six adults and there was plenty of room. Loved that there is 3 full baths all with heated floors :) We will be staying here again!!

Magical Vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay in Park City, Utah and it would not of been possible without the assistance and attention to detail of Brad who is the owner of the wonderful Condo we rented. Brad's property is as described and so much more. We walked / hiked the entire property and would not of traded the location of his Condo for any other property in the area.
Pride of ownership was obvious as Brad's property was immaculate, upgraded and as comfortable as a primary residence. Our family and extended family had plenty of room to spare as the layout is built for comfort and entertaining.
Would recommend this location and specific Condo to our closest of friends and look forward to exploring Brad's other listed VRBOS.

Home away from home

We had a fabulous time. The condo was very comfortable and well appointed. It had everything you need to cook. We enjoyed all the local adventure activities and used the 3rd floor hot tub to recover. Kids enjoyed their nightly s'mores cookout in the fire pit next to the jacuzzi. Great time had by all. Will definately recommend to friends and family. Looking forward to the convenience of location come winter time.

Perfect getaway!

We have stayed at several places in Park City. This was one of the tops =) And Brad was great to work with! I have used VRBO several times & do have to say I was a little shocked at the amount of the deposit. But it is all fine as it was all refunded. I hope to stay here again! Loved the loft for my grandkids!
