The open plan main room houses all the apartment’s common areas, surrounded by a wraparound deck where you can take in the view. Leather and wood lounge furniture lend an air of European sophistication, underpinned by fine, hand-woven rugs. The décor is rounded out by Eastern side tables and sculptures, while concrete pillars add accents of industrial chic. The kitchen is equipped with a high-end gas range, stone surfaces and a breakfast bar. Watch your favorite movies on the 100” projections screen. A central audio system and Wi-Fi are also available throughout the home.
In the Master bedroom, a King size bed with elegant wood frame is flanked by an antique side table and arm chair, creating an air of noble splendor. Retractable blinds cover the tall bedroom windows, keeping the sun at bay. Its well-appointed en-suite bathroom features his-and-hers sinks, shower and bathtub. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, plus Japanese shoji sliding doors and an en-suite with with premium fixtures. A flatscreen TV hangs in each room and both are air conditioned with spectacular skyline views.
L.A. Live is a massive entertainment complex, and a great way to start your exploration of the city. Sunset Strip, The Grove and the upscale shops of Rodeo Drive are all under 10 miles away. You’re 8 miles from Griffith Park, where you’ll find two 18-hole golf courses and Santa Monica Beach is a 30 minute drive.
We chose this property because of the thriving new community. The revival of downtown LA is well underway and it's growing everyday.
The view is what did it for me. It's wall to wall windows and it's gorgeous.
What a perfect location! Area is safe & just a walk away from fashion district,grocery stores to restaurants. Photos of condo shows it all,enjoyed the view on the balcony especially in the evening. We loved the decor,plenty of space and clean. Owner a gem! Made sure everything was provided to enjoy our stay. Definitely recommend....the girls and I thank you Jay,we'll see you next year!
My friends and I were in Downtown LA for a week in June and we wanted an upscale place to stay. This unit was perfect. Everything was better than expected - the view, the condition of unit, the parking, the location, the pool and the people. A wonderful experience all around A+!
Had a great week with my son. Walked to Lakers and Clippers games, great restaurants walking distance and nice views from up high. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this VRBO for 3 nights and have nothing but great things to say about it. The location was perfect, and the photos were dead on. It was beautiful, clean, safe, and within walking distance from LA LIVE and the convention center. Upon arrival we were met by Miguel who showed us around the loft (pool, BBQ, parking garage, and workout room). Any questions we had Miguel responded to immediately. We also worked closely with the owner, Jay. He is just an awesome guy. He worked through all the details with us and answered emails promptly. We left with nothing to complain about and everything to RAVE about. If we ever find ourselves in LA again this is where we will stay. Thank you Jay.
Although normally a frequent hotel guest with >100 nights per year traveling, an extended CEO conference at the JW Mariott / Ritz / Nokia Center had me consider a different accommodations arrangement with more available space. I'm so glad I did!
The location is absolutely perfect, a quick five minute walk to everywhere I needed. Instead of claiming a room for a week in admittedly nice properties, I had a home for a weeks with every amenity available. (You don't worry a bit "room upgrades" in luxury living like this. You've already been upgraded!)
The condo is extremely clean and beautifully appointed, from decor to luxuries like the home theatre. The balcony provides a perfect location to read and relax, avoiding the trapped feeling one finds after days in a hotel. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores, all within steps that ensure you don't need to wander far to find whatever you need.
I truly appreciate the owner's effort to ensure an absolutely perfect and smooth executive traveler experience from start to finish, and would return anytime my travels bring me to Los Angeles. Thank you!
