Mazarron Villa Rental Photos and Description

2 bedroom villa bungalow to sleep 4/5, quiet yet with many facilities on site

The property has a spacious garden with patio area and gravelled drive for off street secure parking. In a quiet part of a large golf complex, yet a short drive to many on site facilities. The villa has a very spacious area for outdoor living, having a roof top solarium which extends the full length of the villa, and with pleasant views over the surrounding properties and a vista of the mountains. The accommodation has a double and twin bedroom living room/ dining area and a small but well equipped kitchen. There is a studio settee which can convert to a bed for extra sleeping accommodation. There is a stylish bathroom with bath, shower and bidet. Luxury touches and attention to detail set the property apart. Care too has been taken with the garden area which is well kept and colourful.

The rooms are very convenient being all on one level with stairs leading to the rooftop solarium. This property offers quality accommodation, yet is reasonably priced for a bargain holiday.

Owner's Response: We always enjoy meeting with guests and try hard to help with any problems however slight and give knowledge of this lovely area. Holiday homes are now very competative and prices are at their lowest, so such a good deal for the renter. We have compromised on price to gain bookings, over our competitors but not on our quality standard so as mentioned in the review our property is a bargain.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 12 day holiday in Camposol and found the villa in an immaculate condition especially the crockery and utensils. It was fitted with every thing one would require even an electric blanket which came in very handy with the cold nights seeing it was still winter.

Having had our own villa for eight years we love the area hence keep returning.

The owners were very helpful in every way and we certainly will use them again.

Great central location in Costa Calida

  • 5 of 5

We have just spent a week in the villa and the location made it a great base for exploring the Costa Calida. Murcia San Javier airport was a very easy and relaxed 50 minute drive away and the beaches of Bolnuevo and Puerto de Mazzarron are only 15 minutes away by car. The villa itself was bright, modern, clean and comfortable, but the best feature was the roof terrace for evening meals and watching the sun go down.

holiday with Fiesta Villas

I 've already written to Lynda to say we thoroughly enjoyed staying at the villa . The property was just right for us . It was clean and tidy and everything was there for us to self -cater. When the toaster fused the electric we rang the moby of the property minder. He came right out sorted it and brought us a new toaster.. We did half and half. Sometimes sat out in the evening and eat and drank wine and watched the stars and talked to the passers -by.. Some times we ate out. Sometimes we had breakfast and sunbathed on the roof terrace.there is a nice big Consum selling fresh food and all the things you would expect in a super market. All the facilities on Campasol are excellent and there are good places of all kinds where you can eat on Campasol and a vets.. The environment particularly suited our age group 55+ as did the music and the available entertainment. Not to say it wouldn't do for younger folk but it was so nice to go where we felt everything wasn't focused on the young. You do need a car to get about, as walking even small distances is enervating in the heat. There are lots of places to see nearby the Campasol. If you don't want to drive far there is an excellent train service from Totana to Murcia and other places. I believe there is also a bus from Campasol A but we didn't try that. For smokers, you'll find cigarettes at the Bodega on Campasol A at prices lower than duty free. Although we did find them even cheaper than that at the tabac in Aguilas. When we got there we thought the Consum was an industrial unit and didn't realise that it housed a big modern supermarket. There is also a post office nearby, and a nice cafe- Best Wishes

We also went to one of the many Sunday markets and bought bargains.

The whole experience was good. The care to provide us with lots of information both before we went and at the villa itself was excellent including Lynda's recommendation of the Indian restaurant. I don't like Indian food but we had a 3 course Sunday lunch there and the English food was very nice, with not a hint of curry and the service impeccable and the surroundings surprising. The public pool bar sounds a bit corporation but we gave it a try and found it very nice with no entrance fee and a nice place to sit in the shade and have a snack and a cool drink. The nearest chemist I believe is Mazarron but they're hoping for their own soon

I would really recommend it and we are going to try and find our own place and retire there.

The Villa was really nice

  • 5 of 5

The Villa was lovely and very good value. Nice and clean and good facilities. We liked the area especially because it wasnt quite as mainstream touristy. Although it would be a good idea to know a little bit of Spanish because of this. Not very far to nice clean and quiet beaches. We did get a bit lost around Camposol at first but Gaynor was v helpful and as most of the residents speak English they will help you too. Excellent value for money and v useful in that you do not have to book a full week, but can go for a few days if you like.

The Villa was fantastic, the instruction we where given took use straight to the door of the villa anyone could follow these instruction.

when we arrived a welcome pack was waiting this was great as it was late saturday on a bank hoilday. from the outside the villa was clean and shinning. we open the door to more of the same this was fantastic we have stayed at many villa costing twice or 3 times as much and they where not a patch on what awaited us nice kitchen plus washing machine what a bonus lovely furniture and sky tv. the bathroom was a good size and always lots of hot water if i had to complain the bed was to hard for me and my Dad but we soon got use to them

The roads on camposol D to the villa are a little bumpy. so take your time . the spa is lovely and the pool can be used as long as you buy drinks and stuff at the hotel we had such a good time on Camposol we bought a villa.

Before leaving Lynda was fantastic she telephoned regularly to make sure we new all about the villa the keys arrived in plenty of time and again Lynda was there to make sure they did so a great big thanks to Lynda we had a fantastic time . i have already told all my friends about this rental and to use lynda when ever they want a fantastic clean and well appointed villa all left to say is a big thank you

Owner's Response: This is our first review in 2010. As we have only recently adverised our holiday property with Home & Away Rentals, it is very welcome. We have let out our property for four years now, since its build in 2006 and so can promise our expertise. We are happy to say we have many past happy guests, many of whom have bought their own property on Camposol. If you look on Google map this is shown as 'Todosol'. Our background is hospitality so we understand that our service must be personal and efficient. We love the area around Mazarron and like to share our enthusiasm with our guests - you will be sure of a friendly welcome, a home from home.

The property is situated on a large Golf complex, Camposol Golf Resort. Surrounded by countryside and beautiful mountains, the resort has every facility at its town centre. Supermarkets, banks, hairdressers and a wealth of bars and restaurants. There is an 18 hole Golf course and a Golf club house offering first class entertainment. A short drive inland is the Sierra Espuna National Park, whilst heading to the coast is the traditionally Spanish town of Mazarron and then the coastal Puerto de Mazarron. The port is very attractive having been recently completely re-developed. It boasts a brand new marina with fashionable shops and bars alongside pedestrianised areas decked with exotic shrubbery and elegant palms. There is a wide choice of sandy beaches along the coast with shallow bays, ideal for sea bathing and many offering water sports. Numerous cafe bars line the promenade where you can enjoy tapas or an excellent meal
