When you all come home from playing, you can relax together in the spacious & open living, dining, kitchen area with attached screened porch. Includes comfortable seating for all, flat screen HD TV, with Direct TV, DVR, DVD, WIFI, games, books, dining table, fully equipped kitchen and grill on back deck. The front porch has 4 chairs, 2 rocking chairs and 1 couch. You can hear the ocean and enjoy the tropical breezes while you read a book and watch the deer passing through the yard. All bedrooms have flat screen HD TV. Master has a King bed with attached private bath and large closet. The 2 upstairs bedrooms (one with a Queen bed and bunks and the other with a Queen only) share a bath. A bonus room is between these bedrooms with a daybed/trundle. There is off street parking. This is not a main street so it is generally quieter and safer for bikers. The garage area has an outside shower and beach toys.
Club cards are included. Golf cart for 2013 for renters 3 days or more. Golf cart is not available for monthly renters.
