A master loft awaits you featuring a jacuzzi tub, separate deck and spacious private quarters. Downstairs you'll enjoy everyday country living space with a full kitchen and gas stove, dining room, living room with Directv, laundry and full bath. You'll enjoy the relaxing front porch and large back deck equipped with BBQ pit, fire pit, horse shoes, volleyball, and many yard games.

This property is one of a kind. After living in Fairview NC and then Candler NC we understood the area and when we drove up to this property we were in awe. This 52 acre farm is a mix of field, pasture and mountain land and is private, quiet, secluded and no one is behind it.

The road dead ends on our property and we have very few neighbors, with fields, pasture and mountain land all around.

What makes this farmhouse unique

When we moved to WNC we had a dream of finding an farm. This home is completely updated with large back porch, front covered porch and upper deck. There is a fish pond and mountain views. There are two barns on the property and a larger pond.

What a beautiful getaway in the mountains of Western North Carolina! The farmhouse is beautifully appointed, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi, hot tub, fire pit & a wonderful deck to lounge on! Everything was spotless & very comfortable! We were within easy driving distance to major attractions such as Asheville, the Biltmore Estate, and the Blueridge Parkway. It was nice to come back to a quiet, country retreat after a day of sight seeing & be able to cook out, relax & take a leisurely stroll around the farm. The owners are delightful & very helpful. We hope to be able to return this fall for a longer stay!

beautiful and relaxing vacation home

The week I spent in this vacation rental was really relaxing and wonderful. The mountain views are gorgeous, especially from the balcony off of the second floor. I loved the jacuzzi tub and the old fashioned wood-burning stove in the living room. Everything looked completely new and rennovated, the kitchen has vaulted ceilings and the beds were very comfortable. The pond off the back deck is pretty and I really liked the bamboo garden on the right side of the house. I did a lot of hiking while I was here, the mountains are so breath taking, but it was also nice to be only a 20 min drive from downtown Asheville. I will definitely be returning again soon!!
