Outstanding Phase 1 location in Mesquite Country Club. Easy access main floor end unit that is on the 11th hole of the Golf Course which affords you spectacular mountain views. This well maintained unit is bright, tastefully furnished with queen beds in both bedrooms, two bathrooms, flat screen tvs, wifi access and phone. This unit comfortably sleeps two couples and the guest bedroom can be set up as a second master suite.
My wife and I are from Edmonton in Canada and purchased this lovely Vacation Rental to help us escape the Cold Canadian winters. We fell in love with the Palm Springs area 6 years ago and have stayed at Mesquite 5 of those years. Mesquite is like a second home to us and we love the sense of community the Condo provides us along with the easy accessibility to all the attractions that Palm Spring offers.

As a main floor end unit you have no stairs to climb and can walk out on to your front patio to enjoy the stunning mountain views and watch the golfers apply their trade. Just outside your back door is the pool and spa to unwind after a day of golfing/hiking or shopping or just to relax and enjoy the Palm Springs weather.
This unit is well positioned in the Complex, but more importantly it is close to both the airport and downtown Palm Springs where you will find outstanding restaurants, galleries, casino and shopping. You are also close enough to other area attractions such as Disneyland, Carlsbad, Laguana Beach, San Diego that are all within a two hour drive.
