This newly remodeled, 2-story 3-bedroom /2-bath vacation home is 1/2 Mile from downtown Sandpoint, ID and about a mile to the beautiful City Beach Park. Shopping, dining, Farmer’s Market and most everything else Sandpoint has to offer is within walking/bike riding distance. it's 5 miles to beautiful Schweitzer Mountain resort.

Large beautiful back yard that is fully enclosed with a deck off the master bedroom and a tree fort for entertaining the kids and a garage. There's an outdoor firepit and a bbq for fun summer evenings. Huge Master bedroom with a couch and deck, large kitchen and formal dining room that sits up to 8 people. Perfect location for all seasons and the entire family.

Beautiful Home Great Location!!

We visited Sandpoint for a family get together and had a great time. This house is much larger then it seems in the pictures. The back yard is a great place to BBQ and for the kids to play. Love the hardwood floors and just a quick walk to downtown Sandpoint for night life or other entertainment. We will be returning next year for sure.

This property was very nice. Lots of space! the master bedroom is enormous. The pictures online don't quite do it justice. Very close to downtown as well.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers
