Crashing Waves Cabana LLC, welcomes you to Newport Beach, the most beautiful beach in California. Two houses from the sand, this newly remodeled, 1200 square foot three bedroom, two bathroom luxury condominium is ideally located west of Pacific Coast Highway and is a 15 second walk to one of the top rated beaches in the United States, according to the Men's Journal Magazine. Many celebrities have beach homes in the area, used to get away from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood.

Some of the most exclusive hotels in the world have developed world class five-star resorts in our community to take advantage of this beautiful beach paradise. Having traveled extensively around the world, we worked diligently to think of everything you will need to have the best vacation ever, in a cost effective manner. We designed our home to be peaceful, romantic and yet cozy. The main living space offers beautiful Italian tile, a gourmet kitchen, artwork by local artists, a 55 inch LCD screen TV and very comfortable couches that turns into a beds.

The kitchen has all of the utensils and appliances you will need to cook wonderful meals, and the dining area seats four and offers spectacular white water and sand views.

The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed with finely appointed 500 thread count linens and a 42 inch big screen TV.

Our second and third bedrooms also offer beautiful tile floors and 42 inch flat screen TV/DVDs. The bedroom has two twin beds that can be combined to form a King bed.

Our location is ideal, with everything you need close by. There are over 40 casual to upscale restaurants, boutiques and art galleries within a five minute stroll.

The world famous art colony, Laguna Beach, is a few miles to the South. The surfing capital of the US, Huntington Beach is a few miles to the north. Catalina Island is a 1-hour ferry .ride from our harbor. My sisters and I met up at the home for a family reunion. We had a great time!! Lots of good things to report, we were able to make dinner with no problem for 20 and everything we needed was there. We had dinner and breakfast up top on the balcony and enjoyed the sunshine. We walked to the beach on many occasions as it was that close. We met Jolly who lived across the way and he was able to direct up to rent bikes at a cheap rate. Once again using VRBO we had a great time. It is a professional way to enjoy vacations in the confort of a home. Always, clean, easy to rent, and plesant experience. My family and I are not only looking to rent the same place about the same time and this time we will also rent the upstairs. I would recommend this to anyone at any time

Great Location

I stayed here with my parents, husband, and 3 yr old. Had plenty of room, was in a fabulous location. If you are wanting to surf, I suggest The Frog House across the street to rent wetsuits and boards. Was great having everything we needed right there. Only complaint I had was when we 1st rented we didnt realize it was a bottom apartment with a shared garage. But that was our fault. This is a wonderful place.

Fabulous location, very quiet private beach, perfect vacation set up!

We traveled with 5 kids and this was a fabulous spot for us. Very close to everything you need. The beach was truly steps from the front door. Very quiet/private area. Having onsite laundry room was perfect too with the need to clean beach towels daily. :) Kitchen was well equipped and we did quite a bit of cooking. The deck was awesome too. We would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation

What a beautiful spot! It was a great place for my wife and I to go to get reacquainted with my 2 children, their spouses and 2 grandkids. We enjoyed just lounging around, reading, playing games and preparing good food. Diversions included a visit to Disneyland, the beaches, and to Catalina. Watching the amazing beach sunsets each evening and awakening the next morning above the sounds of the waves was a truly unique experience. We'll never forget our stay at this wonderful home.
