The Grand Canyon is a five hour drive north, and Sedona with it's beautiful red rock scenery and artist's community is only two and a half hours away. The historic town of Prescott is one and half hours away with Tuscon and Tombstone (the wild west historic towns) are two and two and a half hours away respectively. Additionally, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Camelback Mountain and Squaw Peak are short drives away as well. Our association organizes many excursions and tours for your convenience.

Took my aunt to an open house at LaSolano and I fell in love with the condos and purchased one before she did. I loved the friendly people and the ammenities of the complex.

What makes this condo unique

Very friendly and lots of social activies and easy to meet people. People visit and hang out at the pool. Beauty shop off the pool. Gorgeous club house with library, computer room and theater.

I had the pleasure of staying in this unit in 2011-2012. Great first-floor location with everything so all you have to do is bring your clothes and a fun attitude.

Its proximity to all Sun City West/Grand amenities is fantastic and there is nothing lacking in the Surprise area. La Solano is a very quiet complex with a large pool/spa area that includes a gas-fired grill for the residents use.

The owners are great people and very easy to work with if you have specific needs and will do whatever is necessary to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. We would definately consider booking again with them in the future.
